I watched Ben's video. He makes some good points. Livescope is not the reason bass fishing is in serious decline. I don't own a livescope nor do I ever plan to, but the technology has been too advanced for years with gps, side imaging, down imaging, underwater cameras etc. My opinion is bass fishing is no longer fun like it used to be. WAy too many tournaments, too much information sharing, and everyone doing the same things day in and out. Its not just bass fishing. Society is in decline and it's depressing.
All sports have their ups and downs. I agree wit what you are saying. In the 80’s owning a bass boat was a big deal and to see BASS weekly show or field and stream was all the information we had access.
I promise Ben isn't threatened by you at all he used you as an example like you do all the time!! Also if you watch the whole video he's showing light on the dark issue in the fishing industry

What does that say about who is on whose mind the most? We all knew that Randy would eventually need to respond if it continued. Enough is enough. Ben could have spoken his mind and let it go. I’ve got to agree with Randy this time. Randy was one of the best offshore anglers on tour for years. He knows how the bass move and position out there. There’s zero reason to believe he couldn’t put a FFS on his boat and successfully catch fish with it. It’s also ridiculous to mock him for standing firm on his position on it even if you don’t agree with him. Ben is a great fisherman. I was an MFer from early on and will continue to be. Congrats on his win. Glad he made the elites. Wish him nothing but the best, but he should let it rest. Or at least rack up a few more career achievements before he does so much trash talking.

Did anybody else notice that there was significant overlap between what Ben said in his last video and Randy has been saying for a while? They've both said, in one way or another, that it's Big Money that's corrupting the sport. If it wasn't for the FFS debate they'd probably have a lot to agree on.
They are both closer aligned with each other than they think. They both make their living in the fishing industry. They both love and have a passion for bass fishing. It’s too bad that it’s so decisive. If they tried to work together they have a ton of influence to help the sport and each other.

And it was definitely undeserved by Randy. Attacking a legend who helped make the sport what it is today is damaging to the sport. AND THE REPEATED USE OF Randy's image on several of his episodes, lt's defamation and I hope Randy gets s lawyer to send Ben a cease and desist order. The last episode about FFS in the thumbnail was half assed. He was trying to blame people not liking FFS and Private Equity for PURE FISHING about to go bankrupt and making excuses for himself for tournaments anglers losing sponsors to social media influencers. And 6th Sense is owned by Private Equity, and he's part owner only because he has an equity stake, not a regular check or upfront payout. No royalties. Usually that's how getting private equity goes. He's working for shares of the company. He tried to make Chinese manufacturing look innocent and not the problem. He blamed COVID for starting all of it. But the first two years after COVID were record years. The competition is beating them, and they made stupid mistakes that basically caused them to make a huge gamble on inventory for this year. His video was spot on. Ben has worked his absolute ass off to get where he is. Im one his first 100 subs and i have seen the progression since he started. Im not a fan of FFS at all, and i dont like that he focuses on it so much now...but as we all know, in this industry you have to, until it changes. That should tell you everything you need to know about each one of their fan bases. Ben’s are all kids learning to fish who needs to see someone actually fishing to learn, Randy’s are older more experienced guys who already know how to fish and are learning about the finer details of fishing.
It's the PR firm he hired a long time ago as soon as his channel became monetized. That's how Ben got the Orkin commercial, through his PR firm. It's also their job to know how to manipulate algorithms. Once the algorithm is triggered by IT professionals, the subscriber count skyrockets. It's how they justify their fees. But they're nefarious too, it's a fact that they use social media bots/shills/astroturfing and instigate controversy in favor of their clients, even at the cost of someone else's PR. Hence the incredible amount of attack trolls... Consultation firms like McKinsey and Associates also have clients and connections to some very bad people, including despotic governments. All you have to do is pay their fees and do what they tell you and keep your mouth shut, they'll take care of the rest. I did a little research just now, it seems a bass fishing forum has a thread that mentions, I'm assuming the first social media controversy with Ben and a professional tournament angler, Drew Cook. It was about Ben appearing in the Orkin commercial. Cook mentioned something somewhere about the caption labeling him a "professional fisherman" before Ben attempted pro tournament angling and just a YT influencer. The shallow and false equivalencies and narratives, comments by Ben Miliken "MFr's", far outweighed the few in support of Cook. They primarily argued that being a TH-camr was a full time job and how most pro tournament anglers are not professional because they have other jobs. Those few that defended Cook were called names and countered with "whataboutisms". Another controversy involving Ben, listed under the one with Cook, on a different platform was with Clark Rheems. Something about "interference" during a tournament. The same type of comments using the same non arguments, just short nonspecific ad hominems and whataboutisms, in favor of Ben. Some even mentioning how Ben would not have 500k subscribers if he wasn't an honest person, in one way or another. I think the most important thing to do regarding the FFS controversy is to hear what the guys that first made pro bass fishing popular through their merit, not their marketing abilities. KVD, IKE, RANDY, HANK PARKER, etc. They all say it's not appropriate for tournaments. But then there's Ben, with his derogatory thumbnails and narcissistic arrogance, that "somehow" accumulated his channel 500k subs? But there's this one thing about Ben as an influencer that really sticks out to me. It's not something he said, it's the lack of it. When has he ever mentioned the controversies directly involving his subscribers/viewers commenting in support of him? They make up most of the engagement content. Where is his public request to his "MFr's" that if the vitriolic comments are coming from them, they have to stop? They're really embarrassing to the sport. Some bad signs that I couldn't avoid noticing, that he should have noticed himself. There are other signs I noticed regarding statements and episodes he's made, usually playing the blame game or attacking other Bass Fishing YT influencers that go much deeper revealing much about his character, but I'm not the one fanning the flames or his "MFr" support trolls. I'm just calling them out to protect the integrity of bass fishing.

I'm reminded of that scene in one of the rocky films. Where the young champ says to the former one, is that saying from the eighties? And Rocky says, it's probably from the seventies. All that one can do when one gets to the age Randy or myself are at now, is to try to do as Randy always explains. Where one's role gradually changes from one of being a competitor or champion, to becoming a teacher and mentor. Whether or not one makes an effort to do that, the younger generations are going to grow up in this world regardless. And they'll either make it into becoming 'net contributors' to society and to humanity. Or not. What's really missing with Ben (and Ben if he was the individual that I think Ben is), is Ben would request a Table Rock Lake lesson from Randy Blaukaut. In order for that knowledge transfer to take place, and so that younger angler could learn something from an angler such as Randy. Who has in turn learned so many things from Table Rock veterans who came before Randy (that is to say, much of what Randy grew up learning in the seventies decades probably goes back to the sixties or earlier). If truth be told. And what's important in fishing in general is knowledge transfer between those generations. Ben is a college graduate Randy in business and finance subjects etc, so you have to cut those egg heads some slack (they're catching up on the personality side of things after starting from behind). Ben's overall message in his episode in question, was a very important message for the industry more broadly to reflect on. Even though it's dressed up in clothes of Ben playing the fool, he's really coming from a sophisticated and educated place. Which was actually new and encouraging to find. We ought not to under-value young and upcoming anglers who happen to have 'college'. I'm with you on the forward facing sonar, a hundred percent. However, Ben is caught within a system in competition, which seems to bully the competitors into doing a certain thing now. Unfortunately.
And I will just add to that, we talk about all of the destructive things that technology and forward facing sonar is doing to fishing. Across the board. But that is the one thing above and beyond everything else, which forward facing sonar is robbing from the sport of fishing. In ways that it does not deserve to. What it implies is that when Ben Milliken gets to Randy Blaukat's age. Ben will be staring into a phone camera at that point in his lifetime, and thinking to myself. Remember that dude who used to fish on Table Rock Lake. And I wish at that point, when I was a big star, I'd learned something from that guy. What the technology has done (and Ben is the tip of an ice berg in this regard), is it has robbed generations now of that opportunity. To gain benefit from that knowledge transfer between the generations. Something that fishing as a sport was build solidly around for decades. Recall that scene a long time ago from 'A River Runs Through It', where the father teachers the sons to fish a certain way. And at some point, the sons start doing their own thing. They want to fish in the way they want to fish in. The point is, is that at least they learned something from that older generation, before they gained confidence to invent for themselves. And what's happened now with technology, is that it short-circuits that process. That's the most important thing of all it has robbed from the present generation, and anglers ho are a lot younger than Ben.
Man Ben grow up watching Randy! I don’t know what the deal is but I’m sure there is more behind the scenes stuff we are not aware of. I’m sure he has read ever article Randy was a part of and had watched every bass master show that Randy did good in. To many people say the same thing about Randy for there not to be something to it. The video Randy decided to say something about didn’t even speak on Randy. Yes his first name was wrote on a list. And I’m sure that wasn’t an accident on Bens part. If you seen the names it was Randy, Larry, Kevin and 2 more I don’t remember. People are tired of Randy allows being negative about everything. Hell it has even turned me away from Randy. I dont mind Ben in general. Dude is actually a hammer out there. I always hate when he says something about Randy, but I understood Randy is the highest profile anti livescope guy in the industry so it makes sense. A lot of times it's an age thing. Younger people are working with a much smaller and narrower life experience. Reason and objectivity tend to grow as one ages.

I did listen to him for the first and last time. You gave him intelligence. I beg to differ when most of his conversations only have 4 letter words. My guess is that all the anglers that argue for forward facing sonar would not even qualify without it. They are gamers and not true fisherman. They are only interested in the money and to heck with the environment as long as they get theirs.
Ben probably could have left the jabs out, but he is right about the topic of that video….it’s the same story of all industries. I was today-years-old when I watched my first Ben Milliken video, and I'm sure it was the video you referenced. His reference to you was to make a point since you are such an outspoken critic of Livescope. Yeah, I could have done without the superfluous profanity and the childish verbiage at points, but the greater point of his video is spot on. Except for the 1st half of the video when he was clueless about when Covid hit, the overall message was spot on. The entire outdoor industry in general and the boating industry specifically is going to experience a reverse of the demand it experienced 2020-2022. Except for the top 2%ers, most everyone else is going to be going into wait-and-see mode for big ticket purchases from now until the 2024 election. Just keep doing your thing. Let it roll off like water off a duck's back. Whenever your name is in some else's mouth or on their dry erase board writings, then you've at least gotten their attention.

He shifted to saying 2022 about midway through the video and I'm sure because he'd already completed so much of his content it made zero sense to go back and recut it. His transition was pretty seamless, but the WORLD was not impacted by Covid until 2022. Did it start in 2019? Yes...but that wasn't his point.
Randy, I appreciate your videos, and agree with your views of livescope. Ben is a great fisherman - saying that he can't fish or only catches them on livescope is not accurate. I agree that his video lacked professionalism, I cannot watch him with my son because of his language, but it would be great if you actually addressed what he was talking about in the video. I'm sure that you have seen your fair share of what he is talking about over your career. It would be great to hear your view on cooperate conglomerates and their effect in the fishing industry.
Yes, it sure does. Both videos lack professionals for different reasons. The one thing Ben's video has that Randy's does not, is Ben's video contains actual content that addresses the situation in the fishing industry.
Ive been following Ben Milliken for over 5 years now, back when his channel was ice fishing ponds and lakes in northern nebraska, and spillway fishing in ag zones, and I can vouch for his bass fishing skills aside from FFS. He's a little cocky, and rubs some people the wrong way, but make no mistake, the guy was a successful bass fisherman before livescope was a thing. I respect both you guys. Definitely different ends of the spectrum, but you guys both bring a fresh opinion to the table.

I've never met Ben personally, but I am in a bass club in his home state. I just know that the next time I hear something positive or uplifting about him, will be the first time.

Ben is who he is and that is awesome. You are a teacher and I have also learned a lot. For the once or twice a month guy all of the electronics are necessary. The only issue is more big fish in tournaments will be caught and die an early death due to forward sonar. 50 fish limits of crappie have to go away. The states will handle that. Every technology like side scan down scan all give an unfair advantage to fishermen. It’s better than gill nets.

Randy, I'm reading the comments and would venture to say the negative ones are FFS lovers who can't fish without it. They miss the whole point. I liked that episode where he showed big swimbaits underwater, at the time. But everyone is doing that now. I'm not sure if there is anything else about Ben's channel that is left that appeal anymore. The lack of maturity is definitely unquestionable now.
Watch the video. He point isn't speaking strictly of you. It's the overall of what PF is doing and going to do to the industry. He makes valid points. The goes with all of the world goings on.
Attracting youtube subscribers under this context will do nothing to help tournament ratings. Promoting a controversial figure with minimal overall appeal on your show will not help ratings or attract more sponsors. It definitely wont attract the majority of the market that spends the most. However, maybe, it might attract viewers from the part of the market that has a lot of growing up to do, but just maybe.
I have noticed his behavior too and it's not just me several of us older fishermen that like Ben do hope to see that negative type behavior change. He can disagree but calling folks out especially someone that has been there done that like Randy deserves respect for his views and opinions. That's a problem nowadays people can't just disagree they try to smear the other and degrade their opposition. When he get older he will get it. I see it all the time at my job. I like Ben and yeah he can fish but I hope arrogance doesn't become an issue because that can really hurt one's career. I watched Ben's video. He makes some good points. Livescope is not the reason bass fishing is in serious decline. I don't own a livescope nor do I ever plan to, but the technology has been too advanced for years with gps, side imaging, down imaging, underwater cameras etc. My opinion is bass fishing is no longer fun like it used to be. WAy too many tournaments, too much information sharing, and everyone doing the same things day in and out. Its not just bass fishing. Society is in decline and it's depressing.
All sports have their ups and downs. I agree wit what you are saying. In the 80’s owning a bass boat was a big deal and to see BASS weekly show or field and stream was all the information we had access.

Did anybody else notice that there was significant overlap between what Ben said in his last video and Randy has been saying for a while? They've both said, in one way or another, that it's Big Money that's corrupting the sport. If it wasn't for the FFS debate they'd probably have a lot to agree on.
They are both closer aligned with each other than they think. They both make their living in the fishing industry. They both love and have a passion for bass fishing. It’s too bad that it’s so decisive. If they tried to work together they have a ton of influence to help the sport and each other.

Oliver just mentioned what he thought about FFS, then BOOM! HE HAD SO MUCH HATE for Randy. Called him names, accused him of being a cheater, the character assassination was unrestrained. And it was definitely undeserved by Randy. Attacking a legend who helped make the sport what it is today is damaging to the sport.
AND THE REPEATED USE OF Randy's image on several of his episodes, lt's defamation and I hope Randy gets s lawyer to send Ben a cease and desist order.
The last episode about FFS in the thumbnail was half assed. He was trying to blame people not liking FFS and Private Equity for PURE FISHING about to go bankrupt and making excuses for himself for tournaments anglers losing sponsors to social media influencers. And 6th Sense is owned by Private Equity, and he's part owner only because he has an equity stake, not a regular check or upfront payout. No royalties. Usually that's how getting private equity goes. He's working for shares of the company.
He tried to make Chinese manufacturing look innocent and not the problem. He blamed COVID for starting all of it.
But the first two years after COVID were record years. The competition is beating them, and they made stupid mistakes that basically caused them to make a huge gamble on inventory for this year.

That should tell you everything you need to know about each one of their fan bases. Ben’s are all kids learning to fish who needs to see someone actually fishing to learn, Randy’s are older more experienced guys who already know how to fish and are learning about the finer details of fishing.
It's the PR firm he hired a long time ago as soon as his channel became monetized. That's how Ben got the Orkin commercial, through his PR firm. It's also their job to know how to manipulate algorithms. Once the algorithm is triggered by IT professionals, the subscriber count skyrockets. It's how they justify their fees. But they're nefarious too, it's a fact that they use social media bots/shills/astroturfing and instigate controversy in favor of their clients, even at the cost of someone else's PR. Hence the incredible amount of attack trolls... Consultation firms like McKinsey and Associates also have clients and connections to some very bad people, including despotic governments. All you have to do is pay their fees and do what they tell you and keep your mouth shut, they'll take care of the rest.
I did a little research just now, it seems a bass fishing forum has a thread that mentions, I'm assuming the first social media controversy with Ben and a professional tournament angler, Drew Cook. It was about Ben appearing in the Orkin commercial. Cook mentioned something somewhere about the caption labeling him a "professional fisherman" before Ben attempted pro tournament angling and just a YT influencer. The shallow and false equivalencies and narratives, comments by Ben Miliken "MFr's", far outweighed the few in support of Cook. They primarily argued that being a TH-camr was a full time job and how most pro tournament anglers are not professional because they have other jobs. Those few that defended Cook were called names and countered with "whataboutisms".
Another controversy involving Ben, listed under the one with Cook, on a different platform was with Clark Rheems. Something about "interference" during a tournament. The same type of comments using the same non arguments, just short nonspecific ad hominems and whataboutisms, in favor of Ben. Some even mentioning how Ben would not have 500k subscribers if he wasn't an honest person, in one way or another.
I think the most important thing to do regarding the FFS controversy is to hear what the guys that first made pro bass fishing popular through their merit, not their marketing abilities. KVD, IKE, RANDY, HANK PARKER, etc. They all say it's not appropriate for tournaments. But then there's Ben, with his derogatory thumbnails and narcissistic arrogance, that "somehow" accumulated his channel 500k subs?
But there's this one thing about Ben as an influencer that really sticks out to me. It's not something he said, it's the lack of it. When has he ever mentioned the controversies directly involving his subscribers/viewers commenting in support of him? They make up most of the engagement content. Where is his public request to his "MFr's" that if the vitriolic comments are coming from them, they have to stop? They're really embarrassing to the sport.
Some bad signs that I couldn't avoid noticing, that he should have noticed himself. There are other signs I noticed regarding statements and episodes he's made, usually playing the blame game or attacking other Bass Fishing YT influencers that go much deeper revealing much about his character, but I'm not the one fanning the flames or his "MFr" support trolls. I'm just calling them out to protect the integrity of bass fishing.
Milliken is spot on. Don't really understand what your gripe is.
Randy, I highly encourage you to watch his last video with an unbiased opinion.

His trash talking mouth was already running by the time I asked.
I'm reminded of that scene in one of the rocky films. Where the young champ says to the former one, is that saying from the eighties? And Rocky says, it's probably from the seventies. All that one can do when one gets to the age Randy or myself are at now, is to try to do as Randy always explains. Where one's role gradually changes from one of being a competitor or champion, to becoming a teacher and mentor. Whether or not one makes an effort to do that, the younger generations are going to grow up in this world regardless. And they'll either make it into becoming 'net contributors' to society and to humanity. Or not. What's really missing with Ben (and Ben if he was the individual that I think Ben is), is Ben would request a Table Rock Lake lesson from Randy Blaukaut. In order for that knowledge transfer to take place, and so that younger angler could learn something from an angler such as Randy. Who has in turn learned so many things from Table Rock veterans who came before Randy (that is to say, much of what Randy grew up learning in the seventies decades probably goes back to the sixties or earlier). If truth be told. And what's important in fishing in general is knowledge transfer between those generations. Ben is a college graduate Randy in business and finance subjects etc, so you have to cut those egg heads some slack (they're catching up on the personality side of things after starting from behind). Ben's overall message in his episode in question, was a very important message for the industry more broadly to reflect on. Even though it's dressed up in clothes of Ben playing the fool, he's really coming from a sophisticated and educated place. Which was actually new and encouraging to find. We ought not to under-value young and upcoming anglers who happen to have 'college'. I'm with you on the forward facing sonar, a hundred percent. However, Ben is caught within a system in competition, which seems to bully the competitors into doing a certain thing now. Unfortunately.
And I will just add to that, we talk about all of the destructive things that technology and forward facing sonar is doing to fishing. Across the board. But that is the one thing above and beyond everything else, which forward facing sonar is robbing from the sport of fishing. In ways that it does not deserve to. What it implies is that when Ben Milliken gets to Randy Blaukat's age. Ben will be staring into a phone camera at that point in his lifetime, and thinking to myself. Remember that dude who used to fish on Table Rock Lake. And I wish at that point, when I was a big star, I'd learned something from that guy. What the technology has done (and Ben is the tip of an ice berg in this regard), is it has robbed generations now of that opportunity. To gain benefit from that knowledge transfer between the generations. Something that fishing as a sport was build solidly around for decades. Recall that scene a long time ago from 'A River Runs Through It', where the father teachers the sons to fish a certain way. And at some point, the sons start doing their own thing. They want to fish in the way they want to fish in. The point is, is that at least they learned something from that older generation, before they gained confidence to invent for themselves. And what's happened now with technology, is that it short-circuits that process. That's the most important thing of all it has robbed from the present generation, and anglers ho are a lot younger than Ben.
Man Ben grow up watching Randy! I don’t know what the deal is but I’m sure there is more behind the scenes stuff we are not aware of. I’m sure he has read ever article Randy was a part of and had watched every bass master show that Randy did good in. To many people say the same thing about Randy for there not to be something to it. The video Randy decided to say something about didn’t even speak on Randy. Yes his first name was wrote on a list. And I’m sure that wasn’t an accident on Bens part. If you seen the names it was Randy, Larry, Kevin and 2 more I don’t remember. People are tired of Randy allows being negative about everything. Hell it has even turned me away from Randy. I always hate when he says something about Randy, but I understood Randy is the highest profile anti livescope guy in the industry so it makes sense. Bens new video is about the industry is a fantastic video. There's no reason why two men can't just simply disagree about something, but this is the world today. I did listen to him for the first and last time. You gave him intelligence. I beg to differ when most of his conversations only have 4 letter words. My guess is that all the anglers that argue for forward facing sonar would not even qualify without it. They are gamers and not true fisherman. They are only interested in the money and to heck with the environment as long as they get theirs.

The facts in Ben's video explains why Legends in the fishing industry are retiring at a unprecedented rate. Your explanation is mainly FFS. I will do the right thing here. I was today-years-old when I watched my first Ben Milliken video, and I'm sure it was the video you referenced. His reference to you was to make a point since you are such an outspoken critic of Livescope. Yeah, I could have done without the superfluous profanity and the childish verbiage at points, but the greater point of his video is spot on. Except for the 1st half of the video when he was clueless about when Covid hit, the overall message was spot on. The entire outdoor industry in general and the boating industry specifically is going to experience a reverse of the demand it experienced 2020-2022. Except for the top 2%ers, most everyone else is going to be going into wait-and-see mode for big ticket purchases from now until the 2024 election.
Just keep doing your thing. Let it roll off like water off a duck's back. Whenever your name is in some else's mouth or on their dry erase board writings, then you've at least gotten their attention.

Randy, I appreciate your videos, and agree with your views of livescope. Ben is a great fisherman - saying that he can't fish or only catches them on livescope is not accurate. I agree that his video lacked professionalism, I cannot watch him with my son because of his language, but it would be great if you actually addressed what he was talking about in the video. I'm sure that you have seen your fair share of what he is talking about over your career. It would be great to hear your view on cooperate conglomerates and their effect in the fishing industry.
Yes, it sure does. Both videos lack professionals for different reasons. The one thing Ben's video has that Randy's does not, is Ben's video contains actual content that addresses the situation in the fishing industry.

Ive been following Ben Milliken for over 5 years now, back when his channel was ice fishing ponds and lakes in northern nebraska, and spillway fishing in ag zones, and I can vouch for his bass fishing skills aside from FFS. He's a little cocky, and rubs some people the wrong way, but make no mistake, the guy was a successful bass fisherman before livescope was a thing.
I respect both you guys. Definitely different ends of the spectrum, but you guys both bring a fresh opinion to the table.

Randy, it is part of the territory. When your so strong on a subject like FFS your gonna have the other side. Just like you say they couldn’t compete without it. There is the other side that YOUR not changing with the times. And have dug your own grave because of your stance. I get it. I've never met Ben personally, but I am in a bass club in his home state. I just know that the next time I hear something positive or uplifting about him, will be the first time.

Ben is who he is and that is awesome. You are a teacher and I have also learned a lot. For the once or twice a month guy all of the electronics are necessary. The only issue is more big fish in tournaments will be caught and die an early death due to forward sonar. 50 fish limits of crappie have to go away. The states will handle that. Every technology like side scan down scan all give an unfair advantage to fishermen. It’s better than gill nets.

Randy, I'm reading the comments and would venture to say the negative ones are FFS lovers who can't fish without it. They miss the whole point. All you are saying is these guys don't know how to have a civil debate and use their platform disrespectfully. Anyone who can see the disturbing disruption this technology is causing and that it will eventually ruin bass fishing as we know it has a closed mind and an even bigger lust for winning using a shortcut which is what the younger generation is all about. When someone day you gotta accept new technology and move on, I can agree with some of that but if the new technology places destruction on the very thing it is meant to help, well count me out. I am behind you 100% Randy bc I can tell that you care about the sport of bass fishing and the mystic that was once magical in finding and catching fish that has been tossed in the trash with video game bass anglers. I liked that episode where he showed big swimbaits underwater, at the time. But everyone is doing that now. I'm not sure if there is anything else about Ben's channel that is left that appeal anymore. The lack of maturity is definitely unquestionable now.

Attracting youtube subscribers under this context will do nothing to help tournament ratings. Promoting a controversial figure with minimal overall appeal on your show will not help ratings or attract more sponsors. It definitely wont attract the majority of the market that spends the most. However, maybe, it might attract viewers from the part of the market that has a lot of growing up to do, but just maybe.

I have noticed his behavior too and it's not just me several of us older fishermen that like Ben do hope to see that negative type behavior change. He can disagree but calling folks out especially someone that has been there done that like Randy deserves respect for his views and opinions. That's a problem nowadays people can't just disagree they try to smear the other and degrade their opposition. When he get older he will get it. I see it all the time at my job. I like Ben and yeah he can fish but I hope arrogance doesn't become an issue because that can really hurt one's career. Also you never know what life will throw at you so never think you are above another.
