oh boy i am fnnish and i had to sit here 25 and a half minutes trying to pronounce finnish words
Usually when people apologize for trying to pronounce Finnish words they don't really need to apologize since they do it somewhat well. But that is not the case with Alex - the only word he got even remotely right was sisu.

It's pretty weird that the country name and colour changes twice when going down this focus tree. And your leader changes to a different one and then back to the first one aswell.

Otto Wille Kuusinen is essentially the Finnish version of Vidkun Quisling. He formed a Soviet Finnish puppet government at Terijoki.
As such his name is forever branded as a traitor of Finland, which he very much was. Had the war gone different I have no doubt in my mind that a victorious Finnish government would've demanded that he gets transferred over to Finland for trial for treason and I don't think he would've gotten out of that alive.
Instead in real life he lived the rest of his life in the Soviet Union and his ashes were buried in the Kremlin Wall Necropolis.
