Lord X is basically a rewritten version of X. The only similarities X and Lord X are the grey shoes and the bloody eyes but other then that they are not the same. Lord X says it himself in his own game. He says. "I am the first but not the original." He's basically talking about X and how he was the first EXE ever made.
