Bro, it's peak hour, and that looks pretty mild as an Australian living in Kuala Lumpur and also lived in the Philippines for work. This looks like an average low volume traffic.

@marksmtalent I'm Australian and it has kthing on EDSA in Manila, Jakarta or KL everyday after 5pm, it's called peak hour not pick hour 😀
