mam i also have same otg but i dont know how to use it properly specially the knobs . kindly make vedio on how to use this for baking and the uses of knobs .
Dear Sir, in this Oven are 3 knobs about
1. Temperature
2. Heating Modes (Setting Rods, described in our video too)
3. Timer
And for Baking you just have to set Temperature(Depends on food like pizza,cakes etc) , Heating mode(it is explain in video) and Timer ( what time you want to give to bake food)

Aoa I have purchased westpoint oven model n0 wf 2610 k when I fix ressiterr plates with rods but black is not entering under it .how i work without tray bcz dropping during cooking r must plz guide me

Mam you have to keep tray in the lower section while baking Broast to catch its droplets.We have explained physically in this video

Mne convection oven lia hn westpoint wf 4500 rkc. Kxh bhi bnao its taking too much time double triple than mentioned in recipes and phr bhi kacha rhta and nhi bntaa.

Make sure you are setting Rods properly, Many times the food cannot get proper heat. Starting 20mins aap charon rods he kholdiya karein takke food acha sa cook hojae then Upper Rods kholdiya karein end ke 5mins mein takke color acha sa aajae.. Agr koi recipe 25mins ki hai to us hisaab se
Mne dono rodes on kr k 20 mins pre heat kia on 200 and then patties, cookies and chicken tikka teno try kyee hn
50+ mins rkha hn 200-250 temp pr but still kacha

Really confused kya hrha.
Preheat to aap 15mins he krsakhte hain on 170C bhale. Ab agr cookies bake krhi hain aap for suppose to aap usko 25mins, 180C and starting 20mins charon rodes kholden then last few mins pehle neeche wali kholden then kuch dair upper wali rodes. Agr fir b result sahi nahi aaya to please consult with the shopkeeper

Procedure to bake cake:
Temperature: 170C-180C
Time: 40mins almost..
Rodes: First Bake it 30mins with All four rodes then remaining time with Upper Rodes only
