    I just made this with nylon thread and no needle, it turned out pretty cool and small except after I was done it looked like a raspberry so I had to add some beads at the bottom to make it more pointy ;)

    • @infinity21inspirit2
      @infinity21inspirit2 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@alejandraangel1598 she didn't tie a knot before putting the first beads. She just picked up 3 seed beads, sew the thread to the first bead and then did a peyote stitch all around the 3 beads. You can pause for every step so you don't get confused. When you're finished, sew through the tail thread and tie a half-hitch knot.

    • @BeadingbyHannah
      @BeadingbyHannah  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep as infinity says I don’t begin with a knot, when you sew through the first bead that secures it so it won’t fall off the thread

    Do you think you could make chocolate covered strawberries? For valentines?

    • @BeadingbyHannah
      @BeadingbyHannah  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, I don’t think I’ll be able to fit a tutorial for that in before Valentine’s Day but if you did the bottom half of the strawberry pattern in shiny brown beads that might work, and don’t switch back to red all at once, make it random it so that the chocolate looks uneven at the top as if it’s been dipped :)

    Can you give a more descriptive materials list with the exact sizes and types of beads along with their color; Also if using a particular stitch, mention that too. Then if one is not familiar with it, then you can refer to it in another tutorial. Maybe add a link to a previous tutorial for that. That would be very helpful. Otherwise, I enjoyed your video. Now I just have to practice it and make many more for a Strawberry Shortcake necklace, etc. for my daughter. Thanks.

    It's a lovely strawberry, but I cannot get there. I'm no stranger to bead weaving, but I have to say, I cannot follow this. Between the jump cuts and the 2X speed video and vague instructions like, "go all the way around," without indicating how many times this or that stitch will be made within that round, I am lost. I have tried four times. I would love a redo of this video, in real time, with more explicit explanations. I do appreciate your doing these video, Hannah.
