The pandemic season. Last season of 16 games in a 17-week schedule. Playoff format expanded from 12 teams to 14. A third Wild Card team, with the top team from each conference with a first-round bye and seeds 2-7 playing on Wild Card Weekend. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were the first team to play in the Super Bowl in their home stadium in its host city, Raymond James Stadium.
It was a decent season too. Yeah I hated how it ended with another Brady ring, but that season kept me sane in boring as hell working at home. Since I download every close game and watch close rewinding plays Mondays-Saturdays.
There were some fans and pumped in crowd noises used to fool me watching broadcasts; until kickoffs, punts, bombs, extra points. I didn't care, I NEEDED the 2020 NFL season; I downloaded so many games each week to watch recorded the other 6 days a week. It worked, I had a great Fall-winter 2020 while everyone is losing their minds. That plus expensive cardio equipment worth every penny.
