Great vid, but two comments to make this install better. First, no need to cut the grill that much!! I only cut a small amount compared to yours. 2nd, if you put on battery disconnect, mount the switch in the wheel well, otherwise you can’t unlock your car using the remote. I doubt you’re gonna want to pry off the door handle cap every time you want to unlock your toad manually with the key.
Did Blue Ox change the design of the BX1520 baseplate - and where now the same model BX 1520 is for both versions of the Encore GX - with and without the ST Sport trim? This installation was on a ST Sport package model and at 28:13 you are noting significant trimming of the lower red trim, removing about 3/4 of it. To me, such aggressive defacing would be unacceptable and doesn't appear required on the competing Roadmaster base plates, but your install videos were on 2 non-ST trim models. The reason I bring the question up is that the photos in the downloadable Blue Ox written instruction linked on your site show installs on both the ST and non-ST models and neither had the aggressive trimming like in the video, nor did the written instructions suggest it.
