Liberty County Commissioners Court - Loose Dogs

Liberty County in Texas has a huge stray dog / cat population that is out of
control. It has put it's residents at risk of getting attacked by stray dogs running in packs. Animal Advocates attended a Commissioner Court meeting to voice their concerns. I spoke with them after the session. If you live in a place where you have animal shelters, animal control officers and
animal laws, consider yourself very lucky!
