This chair is beautiful. Carol, you did a great job.
What a genius idea using selfmade molds for shaping the chair!
Pretty genius way of making that chair. Thanks so much for sharing.
This is so extra! Your use of molding jigs is so rare, but totally appropriate. But layering cardstock to get the right plywood look I have never seen elsewhere.
But one point about papyrus: it's not woven at all. It's like a micro plywood, made of layers laid at right angles.
I'm blown away. I own this chair and make a few miniatures, but WOW! So genius.
Thank you so much!
Love, love, love!!
I love how you incorporate your trial-and-error ideas into the video, instead of just posting the eventual perfected method -- it gives us budding miniaturists a sense of the work and imagination that goes into creating these seemingly simple tutorials, and encourages us to "try try again/if at first we don't succeed."
Awww thank you so much for saying this! I really appreciate it. 🤗
Beautiful ❤
Absolut great!❤
Very nice !
It looks wonderful. The back of the seat tips down though, making it hard for me to get out. but very comfortable. I wish you would do 1 inch scale.
AMAZING!!!!! 😍😍
Very interesting! I love it
You are using very clever techniques 😍 It's purely fascinating
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
Dude, I love this. I make miniatures and I was just watching how Scandinavian furniture makers do their thing-you so nailed it in mini!
Thank you so much!
Definitely going to try it!
Awesome! Happy crafting! =D
I love your skills, personality, editing, photography- all of it!
Thank you so much, appreciate the love! 🤗
Great Post...
I love the editing and presentation at the ending! I've never seen minatures made with stacked paper and mod podge before (although to be far, I am fairly new to this 😅). Thank you for sharing your process! It definitely inspired me a whole lot :)
Thank you so much, so glad you found this inspiring! Happy crafting :)
