Shiphtur was probably one of the most elo-helled players in the LCS. I think if he had a shot with TSM or CLG his career could have had such a different trajectory.

definitely not his fault, it’s a team game like elementz said. maybe his lack of communication bit him yeah, but if he had decent teammates, it would’ve never been an issue. it applies to any other sport; when a team fails to build around a star player, the star player starts to lack trust not only in their teammates but the org itself. his reactions were warranted.
