This was really helpful. I am very interested in learning to make my own stuff Like Floating shelves, a table, bench, bedframe. Problem is am an absolute beginner that has never held a saw and a bit nervous about using it so i am trying to watch as many videos on firstly What saw is right for my small nyc apartment, What saw will furfill my needs and give the most cutting style, that doesnt brake my bank and what other tools i should get. I already have a dewalt drill...... With all of this said, i really wish other professionals like yourself make videos geared towards people who live in tiny spaces, limited budget for tools, DO NOT OWN HUGE GARAGE WITH HUGE POWER TOOLS!!!!, has no clue what tools is best to start, how to use those tools, some projects to start with step by step not leaving anything steps out, giving information like types of wood best to use for starting out, proper measurements for the project, and how to map out your measurements when making something. I watched a video on how to make a floating shelve i liked but the guy never showed how to install the shelve to the wall so i was clueless no info on what he used to get it to stay on the wall, how much weight it can hold etc........ SO THANK YOU

Was actually looking for a tutorial on how to use a Silky saw which has a pull method unlike the Bahco i usually use which has both push and pull...this vid isnt about any of those bushcraft saws but sure was helpful in teaching me the right technique for the silky. Thanks!

the coarser teeth on the pull saw are meant for ripping not cross cutting.

Very weird if the rip side cuts faster than the crosscut.

coarse teeth are for ripping, fine for crosscutting.
