Unfortunately, I don’t believe it will give you a fuel reading from your car‘s computer. You can manually enter how much fuel you have put in and other data about your vehicle, and it will give you a guesstimate of the remaining mileage and fuel level. For it to work like you were talking about, your vehicle would have to have a computerized fuel level sensor already built-in. I don’t believe they had that on the O2 Maxima.
I just read on their site that you have to have the MX or Bluetooth version of the gauge to get that data. I'm not yet sure how to tell if you have an MX or an EM gauge. I'll try to find that out if possible.
Hello sir, about the fuel consumption is correct? Have you check it all these years? I have read complains that for small engines as 1.3L this gauge don't work properly on MPG.
Unfortunately, I have not tested the Fuel Consumption to see if it's accurate. I was running it in a Land Rover in this video, and I currently use it occasionally in a Toyota Tacoma 2.7l motor. But I have not calculated the fuel usage. I do know that you can adjust the settings to compensate for inaccuracies.

No, I pretty much use it as is. I do change what’s on the screens, but that’s about it.

There is no need to unassign gauges. If you assign a gauge to any position, it unassigns any previous assignment for that position

I believe those are all under the Alarms .. Menu.
