Oh dont get me wrong love mine too n granz but so was needing back some me time😂😂😂❤❤❤.
My husband got pure acetone from the hardware store for me. I had thought I could use nail polish remover, but they are all acetone free these days. The acetone works great..!
Hello Pam. Need to.take the lid off to use the stand and the lid gose upbove the holder for storage. There is a little hole upbove the glue holder. As I love my glue press. I hope that helps you. As seen on the photo on your packaging. Love your channel and tutorials ❤️ Western Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️
Love that page. It looks so cool with the beads. I've seen a lot of people use the glue press but I don't have a need for it at this point of my life. Right now it's just one more thing to take up space on my desk.😊 I love your honesty. It's worth a try.
I just came across this glue press video. I love it! Also, just a tip...when you have all those strings with the glue, just take either your heat tool or hair dryer and just wave over it and, voila! No more strings. Loved your video.
Dear Pam, I am having great success by using the DBIP Bottle and after every use I place a piece of painter's tape over the nozzle. I squeeze the tape so there's an airtight seal over the nozzle. This is working wonderfully for me.
tfs. I love mine. I let it sit in the holder ALL the time when not in use- without putting the top on. come back in days and it's just fine. This is the #2 best thing I bought this year.
Oh No.. I love and use those sugar bottles with no problems!! Glad they showed you they do work. Very simple .. just pour Fabri Fix into them .. Keep upright too.. that helps
Thank you. I have Rhumatoid disease- on bad days squeezing a glue bottle isn’t fun. Did you know you can reduce the viscosity of the Fabric Fix by adding a bit of acetone (Nail polish remover). Doing so prevents the strings and allows for precision. I do like the idea of a fine needle style opening. I will look into this. My desk is chaos ( because it is so tiny) so having the glue and lid in a stationary rather large station might help prevent me from losing my lids, or bottles. I decorate my lids with bright tassels so they are easier to find. Hope all is well. I look forward to your videos- it feels like a great creative session with a dear friend who likes to play and has the best sense of humor. 🌻🌻👏🏽
Hoping y'all made it through the storm ok. We did down in SWFL but I've been worried about ya. This tool looks useful, perhaps, but still a bit of a squeeze, especially if you want to load glue in the refillable bottle. The page you made with the shinies turned out really cool. Love the idea of gluing those just in onto a page, especially with a background stencil like you used.
I have been using one for months. I set the red handle into the press rest when the lid is on. I never leave the cap off the bottle for more than a few minutes but I have seen people say they leave their cap off for days. I think mine doesn't rest perfectly into the red silicone. I use mostly Art Glitter glue. It puts out such a thin stream that paper wrinkling from the wet glue isn't a problem for me.
BWAAHAHAHAAAAA I bought me some sugar bell bottles because I saw your video. I haven't used them yet. So HERE I find ANOTHER thing I'm gonna buy because I watched your video. LOL!!!! Too funny! Ok. I only started watching. Let's see how this works for ya.
I love the precision glue press/gun. It works perfect. If you do not keep the press on the stand you may need to use a very point pin (like the one that comes with the BEARLY ART GLUE). I filled mine with the BEARLY ART GLUE.
The lid goes in the front holder and the bottom works as a tension stopper like the holder you made for your glue bottle. As a matter of fact when I first saw this it reminded me of that.please watch Simon Hurley's demo of this product. He explains it very well. Stay safe Miss Pam.
One thing I would do is use tongs on the fabrication bottle to more easily fill the bottle. I might try this gadget since I only make journals for myself.
I'm currently using Fabrifix directly out of the original bottle because I'm gluing book spines. But, that new squeezer and your piping bottle look like good options for a smaller stream of glue for my junk journals. I only recently purchased the Fabrifix and have only been using Emer's glue for my journals. I think they're all useful. That's my two cents, anyway.
Goodmorning Pam and fam!! I could hear that wind!! I hope you guys are ok😮!!! And at last the glue squeezer!! I'm most curious to see if or how long it will take for the nozzle to clog up if at all, that's my actual problem because that's when I find I'm squeezing w all might. It's a good concept I think because I never have trouble squeezing my hot glue gun but I've burned my fingers a redicilous amount of times w those so no more got glue guns for me. I hope you guys are all safe!! I keep seeing news coverage of the results of that monster hurricane!! 🙏 for you❤❤❤.
I have refilled my empty 2 oz Nuvo bottles with Bearly Arts glue or Elmers with excellent results. MUST thoroughly clean the dirty bottle first to avoid clotting. Have also had a problem with glue drips building up in the parking station. I clean that piece by soaking it upside down (foam base up) in an old cottage cheese container filled with isopropyl alcohol. The glue press kit comes with two nozzles (empty bottles and tips are sold separately in a couple of online places), one fine (white base) and one medium ( gray base), both helpful depending on the intricacy of the items to be glued. I’ve also found 4oz Nuvo glue online-does NOT fit the glue press but is less expensive than the 2 oz bottles and is relatively easy to use with a funnel as a refill.
Neat gadget. Quote: "Never bend your head. Always hold it high. Look the world straight in the eye." - Helen Keller. Huge HUGS and kind thoughts. Namaste 🐞🐞🐞
I love the bejeweled page! The glue gun is alittle overkill for me. I cant store another thing!😂 I hope all went well, when this storm is said and done! Terrible in other parts!Thanx for sharing!
New user of the Glue Press and I love it! Unfortunately it's not meant for solvent based glues like Fabfix. Art Glitter Glue works great. I leave the glue in the holder, without a cap. The silicone, and glue itself, will seal the tip so no glue loss. I fully recommend this product.
I just found your videos. I love my glue press but I’m noticing you don’t have your bottle pushed in all the way. Make sure it goes right up to the front and clicks in place. If it isn’t clicked in, the tip cannot sit properly in the holder. I also found if you put the Nuvo label against the bottom of the press(where the handle pushes the lever up for some reason it’s easier to squeeze. I have had mine for about 4 months now and have never capped it since I got it (with the glue that came with it. ) I have never had to use the pin. It also sits for a week at a time when I leave town. Hope all this helps. You made me giggle a few times. Thank you for that. We need more laughter in this world. Love your pups weather report! Lol. Thanks for sharing.
Normally I don't reccomend something from temu, but I use the B7000 glue from temu, who is cheap and has a standard small metal needletip on every tube, it glues everything perfectly! No devices or refilling needed! Its a fantastic glue, really.
Please buy it somewhere else. I watch videos out of China on the daily and it’s hell over there. I can provide links to show how bad Temu is if you want. You don’t want to be enjoying something made from forced labour, do you? Even the US government is aware of it.
ooooooh yeah. I did a lot of artwork with acetone many years ago. I LOVE the smell of that stuff. It's hard to get a hold of more acetone when this straight-jacket is so tight though. 🤪🥴
I'd like to try it, although I read that it's not to be used with solvent adhesives. I'm curious if you've had any issues after using it with Fabrifix, which contains solvents.
And flip it over, those bottles are thinner on the back side so that's where the trigger needs to press. They also don't recommend using solvent adhesives in the bottles only water-based glues. Simon Hurley did a great product review.
Hi. I don't think you had the fabric fix glue bottle all the way in. Push it in until you hear it click. The bottles tend to be thinner plastic in the middle. Try pushing it all the way in and then use it. I think you'll find it easier ❤
I think you’re only supposed to use white water based glues in the press NOT the fabri-tac/3 in 1 glues. You can also buy extra bottles that come with both tips.
This glue thing is driving me insane!!! I have arthritis and I can't be squeezing all these bottles. I tried to pour FabriTac in one of those smaller nozzle bottles; well, that took forever, then I had to squeeze so hard. Squeezing that trigger would hurt too😭😬
Just a suggestion.....next time you go to decant your glue into smaller bottles, warm it up first. Either take off the lid and put it in the microwave for a minute, or (safer), sit it in a mug of boiler water.
..The Fabritac can ruin your glue press. It bubbles out really bad and is really hard to clean out of your press. I busted one bottle and the empty bottles are expensive. Now for the good part...It is great for white glues. You won't regret buying it for that for sure.
“Make journals with no destination.” Love it!
Now you need a glue squeezer to squeeze the glue into the glue squeezer.
😂 true
Practice makes perfect Pam! I hope it makes your life easier! ❤ to sweet Sunshine!
Exactly😂😊
LOL
😂😂😂❤
I have one and CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IT!!! Not an ad...just a consumer. I love mine, took away all the frustration with clearing the nosial.
Me too!!! I love this tool! It is definitely a game changer!
Yup! I have old hands, definitely a game changer for me!
Good morning Pam. This is an interesting product. Hope all is well there with Helene lurking about. Prayers for your safety. 🙏
And milton and many tornados firing up.
Please stay safe🙏
Cool page with the pearls. Glue gun looks to clunky to me. Guess I would need to see it in person. Y’all stay safe! Hugs❤

I have found adding a little acetone to fabri fix thins it just right when it gets hard to squeeze out.
Thank you for the reminder....I need to do this!😊
What a great idea. Thanks.
I've do the same thing when my Fabri-fix gets too thick. 100% acetone added into the bottle works great! 🎉😊
My husband got pure acetone from the hardware store for me. I had thought I could use nail polish remover, but they are all acetone free these days. The acetone works great..!
Hi Pam! Thanks for the product review! 💕
Prayers to you your hubby and sunny and everyone
I just love you. You crack me up! You say things that i would say. I guess the same kind of humor. Smart butt comments lol
Pretty cool 💕🌷🙏🏼
Good Morning Pam !
Love the page ❤
Thanks for showing us this neat tool🩷💜🩷

We appreciate you. ❤
Poor sunshine I hope you weren’t scared of the storm, So now you better protect your mom. Now You should should ask for a treat❣️❣️❣️❣️

Looks as if it might be ok for us lefties, too. Might have a try with this, the big bottle squeeze gets harder every time you use it😁
FUN CRAFTING-TFS-HUGS/BLESSINGS
I love mine! I have to use a pin sometimes to unclog the nozzle, but that's with any bottle
Love it 😍😍😍😍 thnx very much 💕
Oh Pam I just love you< you're so funny!!! you make me laugh!!
Pam…my glue was bubbling over also. Going back to the Fab-fix bottle. 👋 Hi Sunbun🥰

This does not work with fabri tak!!! I know I destroyed a bottle trying it. It works with art glitter glue and white glues only
Where did you find it… can’t find on amazon
Fabric fix is my fave glue but I just don't have the hand strength for it after it gets a little old. Plus it eats my nail polish!
Good Monday morning everyone! 🎉
Love mine
Pam, I take my metal tip sugar bottle and completely was it out and the. Fill it, it works great
Lovely playtime. Glad you demonstrated that glue squeezer. I was thinking about getting one, but not sure it would help. I have arthritis in my hands.
