As a barb I’m so proud of Nicki. To be in this industry for 15 years and still one of the best selling female artist is a win. And with all the negative things it comes with being in the music industry I would’ve said F this I prefer peace! But I love Nicki’s resilience. You can tell she has a passion for rap she actually study hip hop. These new girls just rap for popularity or just something to get them money. But Nicki prefects her craft and takes it serious. I know it’s overwhelming for her with all the constant hate and criticism but she still going strong for her fans because she actually care about us. I hope she never fall out of love with being Nicki Minaj. Nicki Minaj is irreplaceable, authentic, creative, outspoken, brave, passionate, bold and inspiring.

Unfortunately as a man i can’t fan for Nicki like we did Kim and Foxy Brown- HOWEVER, Every female rapper literally is given 10 hot years! And Within those 10 years they may drop about 3-5 solid albums; with 2 being classics!! Nicki is now on Year 15 and still pumping out music and with the latest being a great body of work and moving NUMBERS over the new girls! It’s time to strategize come up with a plan cos unfortunately Cardi may not be the savior!! She dropped 1 album - 6 years ago!! Where’s #2? Only Lauryn Hill can pull that off!!!
I hate to see Nicki going out bad with her personal life and all the other antics but this should set the tone!!!

Joe did his thing with the interviewing process. I love the way he understands the importance of sitting back and just letting people talk. Never once cut Nicki off, didn't try to lead, just let the interview flow. Kudos to Joe for that! I loved when Nicki talked about the skills, pockets, flows, melodies, and everything required to create quality music. Nicki is definitely 1:1 because she cares about the craft and has such a passion and love for her work. Damn, Hip hop went from the most influential genre in music to 40% is crazy!

I know there are only a handful that actually have done so, but come on, Nicki has survived longer and is successful. Aside from that, she deserves the ongoing success.

I kinda feel the same as I fell in love with Nicki when she first came out but quickly dropped off when she switched up and became the Lady Gaga of rap. I’ve always respected her artistry and thought she was a true lyricist but could never bring myself to listen to a whole album of. Admittedly, not even the first Pink Friday🫣. I think I really only listened to PF2 bc my niece had it playing. And baby, I’m in love 😍! Not sure if it’s the samples (nostalgia) coupled with her lyrics but I’ve been getting my entire life to this album. This was definitely a great body of work…

This is the first interview where the host actually thoroughly understands Nicki’s mission with this album. I thought Queen was the best of all time but PFII ties it.🎉🎉 Queen of Rap🎉🎉

This was such a great interview. Both of you did amazing, I was completely engaged the whole time and it’s very rare that I am. Questions 10/10 and her responses were 20/10. Nicki Minaj has inspired me so much more just through me watching this ❤️❤️ I’ll love her forever

This interview gives alot. It especially highlights the mutual respect between these two but add to Joe's take on how he feels about not rapping anymore. When an artist as big as Nicki Minaj acknowledges him as a rapper you can tell he gets more relaxed because it confirms that even though he is clowned as a failure he has the right people who acknowledge that he got busy when he did rap and it doesn't matter anymore to him when you got the right people giving him the nod. This is a very relatable interview and how shown how Joe has masterclassed his job and what he brings to not only.the podcast space but now the interview segment. You can see the vision to become like a Gail King level interviewer. If he ever gets that Jay-z interview he desires he is out of here.

I’ve never thought of gatekeeping as keeping the standards high. Any profession worthy of notoriety and respect has gatekeeping from this perspective. This shows Nicki Minaj is just serious about the art and culture of hip hop.

    I really like Joe’s outfit. It’s giving early 2000s neo-soul.
