Cheers. As they say, practice makes perfect. I start making them from olive tree wood/ burls. It has such a nice wood grain and smells nice while carving. Keep on carving.

Hi, I was wondering about tapping the birch trees. Is there the best time in the year to do it, or you can go whenever? Also is the taste sweet? I heard that the water from the tree is very healthy and has a lot of minerals and vitamins, which I guess makes sense... Enjoy your summer and can't wait for the next video :)
