You know I got an idea on how the mongo sharingan is formed all right you got the regular sharingan right do you know when a Uchiha is in emotional stressed right and the Tomo spin my idea is if the Uchiha gets enough emotional stress or the tomos spin fast enough the faster the Tomo spin the stronger the sharingan and the more they spin the more likely you are able to unlock the next stage thus why they think you got to kill someone to gain the next stage when all you need is a good jiu jitsu and you're able to get it
