Dropping someone fills up part of their wiggle bar, and if you have enough wiggle and the killer tries to drop, you get out instead. That's what happened, Freddy tried to drop but Jake had enough wiggle to get out instead.

They should add like a 2 second invisibility or something when you get off of the hook, and 5 second when you get off yourself.

asafds dfsaf basically, everytime the killer drops you the wiggle meter goes up 25%. so when ochido got dropped a fourth time, he wiggled off, while keeping his decisive. freddy thought he used it though :D
If you drop a Surv , he will get a 33% wiggle bonus. So if he drops the surv 3 times, he comes free without using Dstrike.
I think the first time he actually filled the struggle-metre far enough, but the second time he still had the DS left and used it.
because the update made it so if the killer drops you certain amount of time you eventually get free
The update didn't put that system into the game, it just changed how much progress dropping the survivor creates.
25% was the old value, 33% is the new one.
