Amen. Saved by grace through faith
Justification by faith was the rediscovery of the reformation- for good reason - it is explosive, counter-intuitary truth. Yet today it is extremely buried under a load of wood, hay and straw in the church. Especially in preaching. Good to hear this- thank God for the faithful who still preach it.
Amen brother 🙏
What a blessing to hear this sermon!
Am I the only one who would like to see Voddie in the opening scene of a western movie, on his horse with his rifle, heading off into the west?
I prefer this music. Thank you for the word.
thank you
Only if you are justified by God you are a Christian, no one can continue in sin
What about James 2:24? It’s specifically uses the word “justified.”
Please stop with the music it’s highly distracting
You are always welcome to listen to the original. You can find it in the description.
So - I came here to hear what you had to say about Christian ethics, and you didn't say anything about christian ethics. Your whole spiel could be just "you are saved by faith alone". That says nothing about ethics.
I don’t agree, it is about being like Christ and preaching the gospel.
John 13:35
[35] “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
2 Corinthians 3:2-3
[2] You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men; [3] clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.
Matthew 28:18-20
[18] And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. [19] “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, [20] “teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
@ScribeintheinkThe internet brings out the crazies. Thats why I try not to read the comments that often.
