Been playing sims for years and have all dlc but it’s so refreshing to see a well made base game house. Most people who make videos like this just go for a bare minimum weird half modern look, but I love that you’ve actually made it look super cute and have added in a few extra tips too. Love it ❤

I actually play Base game. The only extra stuff I have are the freebies, like that Desert Luxe that was out before. SO seeing a build I can actually fully do, and some new tricks I didnt know before really helps.
It would be cool if you did a base game starter home for 2 roommates! Or made a tiny home neighborhood using only base game😆

I joined a few days ago, my first save was..chaotic- I had like no experience building and I didn't know how to rotate the camera to paint the walls on the other side lol the only plus thing I can remember is making the landgrabs mad

I actually appreciate videos like this so much! Getting started in the sims building houses and especially roofing anything is so so hard and when you’re looking for help on youtube most of the creators use so much cc or mods or just build super super difficult things. So thank you for this video and showing it so detailed and actually explaining what you do!

This house is good looking in the video, but when I tried to make it, it didn’t work out. I would build one part of the house the exact same way she did it, but then she would show another clip and she had added something off camera. I was really excited to build this, especially as a new player, but it was not beginner-friendly. If anyone has tips and tricks to tell me, fire away! If anyone doesn’t agree with me, just say why in the comments.😊
I just had this same issue so I put it on the slowest speed to make sure I wasn't crazy LOL
I was struggling too! I was following her example exactly, but she kept changing things off camera so I just gave up. Even with that porch thing in the front. She explained everything she did I followed it and a couple of minutes later hers looks completely different

i love how this feels like an intro video to your channel! i'd really like to see you do a starter home build or maybe suggest your favorite packs to build with to give new simmers (like me lol) ideas on what we should consider purchasing bc there are so many packs/kits etc and it would be really costly to buy all of them xoxo
I have some things that are basically ESSENTIAL.
1: Seasons. This adds weather and so much gameplay and adorable build items. This pack has so many fun things to do and it is absolutely the most needed pack.
2: Cats and dogs. This adds pets and again ADORABLE items. Its really fun to add pets to families or just single sims! This is needed.
3: Get to work. This adds baking and 3 maybe 4 new careers and so much to Do. You can make shops. Go to work with your sims. Its amazing!

It would be so cool to see a “just moved” build where you have to keep all the same stuff from one house and give it new purpose in a new house. Only changing things that could be DIYed and work with a small budget!
I always struggle with a heap of the base game furniture because it seems so dated compared to the newer pack stuff, but all I want to do now is build with base game!!! You’ve made me inspired girl!!! Love you!!!! ❤️

i love these videos since i'm late to this video and i watched it a little bit later than posted not many people will probably see this but i don't have any packs and i play on Xbox so its nice to see that Xbox works the same as PC (or whatever you play on) and a nice new house to try that's base game
as a long time player of the sims with the base game i never get tired of the ccs they save my life all the time i did get the 3 free packs epic games gived during a free game week too, but ik it we can do good build with the just with the basic game ! :P
Hi I´m pretty new at Sims :p. 50h played so far. Love the game. This is the first vid I watch from U and I guess its not gonna be the last. Lol OMG how fast U explaining stuff, Im full learned building after 20mins. Its like "if U watched Matrix?" and when they learn stuff when "inplugging the cord and downloding skills etc" hahaha.
