Honestly I found this fight pretty easy at 99 crit. Only thing that was annoying was his bow counter and his da afterwards. If you got caught in a magic lock and his d.a comes out its very hard to survive x.x

TheMcgillacuddy It's because the non-finisher Fire attacks have no Revenge Value, meaning the boss never retaliates. Normally it builds up so hitting Terra with four finishers causes him to respond instantly, but most bosses are easy if you know how to use the Values. Congrats though.
It works with fenrir as well. All you have to do is unequipping combo+ abilities, equipping combo- and unequipping all air finishers and then jump and attack, jump and attack

One of the best video game boss fights. Especially if you go about learning the fight yourself. I died to Lingering Will more than 30 times on my first playthrough and it was so satisfying to finally beat him. Later on became a fight I went to do just because it was enjoyable
I feel ya on that. I died at least 40 to 50 times. Decided to get some tips and watch some videos to help me on the part that I kept dying at. I did not regret doing so. It was so satisfying to finally beat him on my own with my own two hands. (and with my personal style since I like to be on the offensive alot instead of defensive) Now if u ask me can I do it again, well let's just say it'll take a while to get back into the groove but yea. (Sorry for replying to an old comment lol)

This is quite impressive! However, given that this player is top of the line, this video essentially shows that Valor Form is severely under-tuned. If it were up to me, Valor Sora would have an actual dodge move - one that’s like DMC Nero’s Table Hopper, with a Ven BBS just-frame dodge equals Reversal mechanic. I’d add to that by having Valor Sora’s next few hits immediately out of a Reversal offer invincibility frames AND penetrate enemy super armor (although not enemy invincibility frames).
Gonna have to agree with you on this, but the reasoning behind it is that he's playing on the Standard Difficulty, so Lingering Will only has access to about 70% of his full moveset
I wonder how many attempts it took to get the Anti-Form Footage. Cause IIRC the ablitiy of the Keyblade he's using there gives you a 50/50 chance of entering Anti-Form or Final Form.

The keyblade only activates Anti Form after you acquired Final Form.
The 50/50 is only before you activate Final Form for the first time. Once you go Final Form once, Two Become One will always trigger Anti-Form.
