INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
(HINDI)
===== आटे की पुरी =====
आटा - १ कप
सूजी (रवा) - २ चम्मच
नमक - १ चुटकी
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच + तलने अनुसार
===== आलू टमाटर की सब्जी =====
देशी घी - २ चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया दाना (दरदरा) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
सौंफ़ (दरदरी) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
तेज पत्ता - २ पत्ते
दालचीनी - १/२ इन्च
सूखी लाल मिर्च - २, साबुत
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
प्याज (बडा आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
टमाटर (मध्यम आकार) - २, बारीक कटे हुए
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
आलू (मध्यम आकार) - २, उबले हुए
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अमचूर पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
कसूरी मेथी - १ चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
(ENGLISH)
===== Wheat flour Puri =====
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Semolina - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon + to fry
===== Aloo Tamatar ki Sabzi =====
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds (ground) - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds (ground) - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 2 leaves
Cinnamon - ½ inch
Dried Red Chilli - 2, whole
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Onion (big size) - 1, chopped
Tomato (medium size) - 2, finely chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Potato (medium size) - 2, boiled
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Amchur powder - ½ tsp
Dried Fenugreek leaves - 1 table spoon
