When I was in Bahrain, at the airport there is an STC outlet. Try visiting them for the sim card. On each passport they allot upto 10 sim cards free of cost. Each simcard had good data allowance. And once activated, you can use the sim for free for 3 days. So you can take those and use it for data only if you are looking for only data sim.
