I first prayed the Litany of Trust after a beloved priest asked me to recite the prayer as my penance following confession one evening. I had never heard of the prayer before, nor had I really prayed a litany in general. I was in a bad place ... But praying the Litany of Trust brought me to tears! It helped me in a time I was in desperate need of Jesus' love and mercy. I happened to find the Litany on TH-cam and just loved Sr. Faustina's calm and gentle voice. Only months later did I learn that she was the one who wrote it!!! I had been listening to the author of this beautiful Litany on TH-cam and was astounded when I realized she wrote it. The Holy Spirit is undeniably at work here. I am a testimony of that!
FYI she didn't write it, Sr Faustina Kowalski wrote it as it came to her from Jesus.

Tan Publication has a book. The Book of Litanies. It has that litany in it. And 120 more. So very powerful I find.

Thank you for your perfect clarity. We are Adam transitioning to the Tree of Life, being sorted or culled through the Christ pathway. I have noticed that inner silence, honesty, perseverance, and waiting are helpful. The naked intent for the presence of God is probably most important. Union is a very, very old process and nothing good happens without trust in this very old process. Thy will be done, not my will.
Such a much needed and wonderful talk.

How God leads us right now
He first puts a good desire in our hearts
Inability and Frustration
Good desire - pushing through - frustrated
Impasse

Boldness in her poverty
God inspired these good desires
He did not inspire something that he didn’t intend to fulfill
Sense of poverty and inability to pull it together
Really surrender to God and let go
God is going to give me something even better than I hoped for or dreamed
Impasse - Invitation - Acknowledgement that I can’t do this on my own means - maybe I’m doing a whack a mole - God is offering me another way
Prime Real Estate of Trust - paralyzed by fear or shame - sick of this struggle or relationship - scared of commitment - weighing down and felt tight in our heart
God is not asking us to let go of desires but let go of our ways and perspective of trying to accomplish it on our own
Honest dialogue with the Lord
Jesus I need you here really bad
Confession is honest dialogue
More transformative healing place
Honesty in speaking to the Lord
God is leading through Trust to Freedom
God leads us in a way that frees us
God is providing the Grace of courage to follow it

OMG i always wanted to be a "Good Catholic" but i have always ended up being a "Bad Catholic" by NOT going to Mass and recieving Communion because i work between 50-60 hours every week ( yeah i have 2 jobs) and i want to supporty wife and step children...i remember that the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak

Jesus's message is so simple, deafening simple: God loves you, I want to forgive you and the Holy Spirit wants to educate you in Truth so you reach your final destination, eternal happiness in Heaven. Why do so many today listen to confusing voices? Energies, nirvana, reincarnation... Only Jesus has ever pretended to be God and when the only crime corrupt mankind could answer with was perpetrated, Jesus proved He had been truthful. Why can't we just listen?

As I was listening to your excellent talk, I was thinking about the 160-plus kids who were confirmed on the 22nd of this month (October). Pew statistics say half of those who were confirmed will leave the faith, and according to a popular theologian, it is a myth to believe they will return, as we often hear. The Bishop gave an awesome speech, but I'm afraid many will still leave the faith. As a sister of life, do you have a talk directed to those who were just confirmed?
Have Faith. I’m back after 40 years in the secular desert. It takes time to realize we can’t out do God’s teachings or Christ’s Church and the wisdom She hold to help us flourish and find happiness in the world regardless of the crosses we are called to bear. God always wins🙏.
I wish the sister could have walked around, she was more fun and at ease when she walked around....but you got her to stick to her podium, ong.

Faith is a supernatural gift from God. You can't acheive it from works or sacrements or praying to dead saint's or Mary.
We don't deserve any gifts from God but He promises them to those who abide in Him. If nothing we do has any effect then our actions don't matter. By this view, God arbitrarily saves some and not others. So God is not just. If God is not just then God is not good and therefore is not really God at all.
To believe in eternal life, one has to believe that those in heaven are alive. Is there not only one body of Christ? Are we not called to intercede for all (1 Tim. 2)? If you disagree with asking those in heaven to pray for you, then you should not ask fellow Christians on earth to pray for you either. God bless
@@seekingtruth4045 jesus is our highest priest. Just read in Moses writings, jesus was the high priest,who interceded for the people's sins,once a year. Jesus offered once for all time. The ark 9f covenant was covered in cloud not to be seen or worshipped. On mount of transfiguration same the 2 greatest prophets moses and Elijah, typified by the the 2 cherubims over the ark, and a cloud covered them, like in the holy of holies in tabernacle . Then what happened " this is my son,hear ye him,our true high priest ,the only mediator for our sins. Lastly the passover in Egypt the angel of death, never touched the households of those who had the lambs blood, when l see the blood l passover you . The whole household covered by Jesus blood sacrifice.
What happened at the Wedding at Cana? Who moved Jesus to perform that miracle? Go to Lords, France, and see the thousands and thousands of miracles.
@@jamesnielsen3095 jesus said why call me good no one is good except God. Gospel of Mark chapter 10 v 18. Our Father who art in heaven pray is plainly seen as who we pray too ONLY.
@@frederickanderson1860 I agree but what does that have to do with what I said? 1 Tim. says we should intercede for all but then says there is one mediator between God and man and that is Jesus. These are not contradictory. The only way to the Father is through Jesus. Priest means mediator. Jesus existed at the time of the old testament and yet there were still priests. Clearly no conflicts.
Obviously God hears the prayers of the oppressed and excluded, and the world of the privileged he wants to stop oppressing them ,he abhors holier than thou privileged people, patronising them and excluding them and living in their cottonwool wombs of their safe institutions, and their vain reptitive prays ,the only prayers he can hear is the prayers of the oppressed themselves.

I think most people, even Christians, agree with abortion in those cases. The number of lives saved from unaborted children in America is almost 20 million! Look up the percentage of cases where r@pe and incest were the case....go on. What most Christians want is for people to stop using abortion as a form of contraception.
