I think you have a leak in the roof. Probably a broken tile and can be fixed easily. There is definitely a damp issue on the wall in the corner. The rule with damp is find the water stop the damp. That’s probably what’s caused the mould on the wall.

Hi Hannah. I love your videos but TH-cam has begun running ads every 3 minutes which really extends viewing time. So I will have to unsubscribe and check in every once in awhile. Maybe it’s different in UK but here in the US they are trying to force us to pay to watch TH-cam ad free. Best of luck to you.
I adore animals, I am vegan and we have 7 hens, 1 huge British Alpine goat and he thinks he's a dog, 2 gerbils, 3 yorkies and a kerry blue and I would happily take your pets too...especially the tortoises lol. I really admire you, how you cope, although as mum's we have no choice but to cope. I have a 12_year old son with autism, dyspraxia and behavioural issues and I am registered disabled and also live with chronic pain and many a day I am ready to jump off a bridge. So I take my hat off to you. We had terrible trouble with damp, we live in an 193 year old stone cottage and my son's room was horrendous with damp and around several Windows in the house and along skirting boards etc. The agency were bloody useless so I contacted the landlord, emailed him photos and the next evening we had a workman around to look around the house. The landlord had 2 windows replaced (2 weeks for them to come in) come the better weather, all other Windows are being replaced, he got a company to pump a damp course around the cottage , all drains cleaned and all new spouting put on. The difference between our landlords is unreal. Richard had this all done within 4 weeks of me contacting him, plus he gave a bollocking to the agency. I'm just waiting for the rest of the Windows to be done but that will happen when the weather will warm up. I really hope you do more DITLs...I thoroughly enjoyed this and can't wait to see how on earth you find room for the decorations....the adorable blogger Ria, who decorates for every occasion would have a girl day with your collection.
I’d love more of your contents day in the life. I’d love to see the kids put a face to the name and I’d like to see the cat your cat give birth or see the kitten straight after the birth. I love things like that.
Hi new sub from Scotland. Check gutters roof and pointing. Damp is a nightmare my last house was riddled with it I had a water fall running down my wall. I had black grey pink fluffy mold with my 4 kids 1 was a new born :( battled for a year and lost alot of my furniture etc so we left finally got a wonderful landlord who cares. X
Oh no I'm sorry you went through that. I don't wish this on anyone. The guttering has been checked by multiple people so has the roof but keeps happening x
