I got a 88 SS monte carlo with a big block it's a 427 0.060 over so its a 439 all good parts afr heads forged pistons and crank good rods turbo 400 manual valve body reverse pattern I'm going to be ordering the same rear-end from quick performance. I love the 78 and 79 Malibu good looking cars

its been done on e85 for sure ...a 177 could do it with a smaller crank pully. a 383 can make 525-550 by itself just dont spin it faster than the max RPM..the 144 will do 550
