밤마다 엄마아빠 주무실 때 몰래 닌텐도 켜서 이불 속에서 하던 동물의숲... 하지만 너굴상점도, 에이블 시스터즈 옷가게도 모두 문을 닫았고. 주민 동물들은 모두들 자느라 마을 어디에도 보이지 않았지...만 가끔 주민 한 명씩 돌아다닐때 보물찾기 한 것 마냥 반가웠던 기억. 별똥별 떨어지면 A눌러서 소원빌던 시절. 그때 놀동숲하던 어린 내가 그리울 뿐..
그래서 전 설정가서 시간을 돌렸죠... 😂😂
전 동숲 발걸음 소리가 너무 좋아서 할 것도 없는데도 계속 여기저기 돌아다님 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
새벽 5시쯤의 배경음악이 너무 좋아요 그 시간 될때 깨면 후다닥 켜서 들으면서 이불 속에서 뒹굴뒹굴❤
옛날에 주말마다 밥먹고 과자들고 책상에 앉아서 과자 먹으면서 동물의 숲에서 낚시하다가 비싼거 잡히면 좋아하고.. 그저 게임일 뿐인데 많이 좋아하면 하나의 추억으로 남네..

사진 하나하나가 너무 이뻐서 듣는 내내 동물의 숲 안에서 사진 속 풍경을 보는 상상을 했어요. 진짜 단 하루만이라도 동물의 숲에서 낚시하고 과일따고 너굴한테 팔고 가구사서 집 꾸미고 친구들 심부름 해주고 민들레 따서 후 불기도 하고 에이블 시스터즈 가서 떠들고.. 그러고싶어요

I remember playing Wild World when I was young. I may not have quite understood what it meant to me then as the quiet eight year old who liked staying home with my mom to read instead of going out and playing, but now every time I hear the soundtrack it brings me back to the hours I spent laying on the ground each day, sending letter to my dear neighbors with cherries attached, drinking the freshly brewed coffee that I'd always burn my tongue with, searching for new insects and fish just to see Blather's smile, making new textiles while talking to Mable and Sable for hours on end, watching Tom's shop grow, throwing garage sales, helping sick neighbors, pouring my heart into my little home that grew so much over the years. All of it has such a soft place in my heart. Thank you for making me feel that safe feeling I once felt playing it.

March 20, 2020 is when our childhood will comes back to us once again...
This is one of the few game series’s I have literally grown up playing and watching others play that is still going strong. I remember watching my older sister playing wild world on her bulky blue ds back in 2008-2010(I was like 4 in 08). Getting a town of my own when I was 8 was the best thing ever(New Leaf release) and now I can’t wait until I can finally continue this legacy and move on to explore the New Horizon’s....

박물관 음악에서 거슬리지 않을 정도로 작은 소리로 부엉이 소리가 나는개 너무너무 마음에 드네요ㅠㅠ! 야행성인 부엉이를 위해서 새카만 사진을 선택하신건지는 모르겠지만 사운드 트랙이나 사진 모두 박물관이랑 잘 어울리는 것같아요

This really makes me want to pick my old Wild World game back up... The memories...
Animal Crossing is a huge part of my life, and I pretty much owe my sanity to these cute and relaxing games. They make me feel safe, they cheer me up when I feel sad, and those adorable neighbors are always here for me.
When the game came out I was in primary school and because our teachers didn't know any better, Nintendo DS were allowed in recess and so I would spend all recess watching my friends play. My dad was against handheld consoles and I didn't have one. A few years later, when I turned 11, my mother got my own DS Lite with a copy of Wild World. I was over the moon. I would spend hours and hours just tending to my town, picking fruits, filling up the museum, talking to my animal friends... As I grew older, life got busier and I stopped playing. But then, when I was 15, New Leaf came out and I was back at it again, and this time I never stopped. I have been working on my town, Harvelle, for nearly 6 years now and I'm still not tired of New Leaf.
Though I'm scared to get caught up and leave Harvelle behind, I can't wait to discover New Horizons. ♥ March 2020 can't get there soon enough!

SAME!!!!!!!^^ It has been part of my LIFE! I turn on this music while working, cleaning, playing, and teaching art to my 6 kids! It had been so useful! Especially while rocking my 6th baby in the nursery. Even when I was pregnant and in labor! It is very useful!

The afternoon songs have a special place in my heart, as I wasn't allowed to play outside a lot as a teen, so I spent a lot of my time playing with my animal friends instead, but the night ones might be my favourite ones actually, when I snuck under the bed covers playing with my Nintendo DS till ungodly hours just to listen to all the songs and get all the rare night fish/insects.
I play this at doctor's office I work at. Makes work a bit better 🥰and it's cute and easy listening for the kiddies and pregnant mommies while they sit in the waiting room 💕

My very first animal crossing was Wild World, and ever since then I've been hooked on the series. New Leaf though is one of my favorite games of all time. But even so, Wild World will forever hold a special place in my heart. It, Pokemon Diamond and Nintendogs were the very few games I owned back in the early 2000's.

때는 닌텐도를 막 샀을즈음. 칩을 한가득 쌓아두고 그 중에서 동물의 숲이라는 게임을 발견했어요. 밥도 안먹겠다며 부모님한테 혼나기까지 하면서 내 마을을 가꿨었는데. 사실 지금 생각해보니 가꿨다기 보단 나무에 부딪히기만 하면서 뛰어다녔던 것 같아요. (ㅎㅎ)
그렇게 자라고 말했던 아빠의 말을 무시하고 이불을 뒤집어쓰며 다시 동물의 숲을 하기 시작했죠.
새벽에 마을 소리를 들으면 기분이 정말 묘했어요. 동물들도 모두 자고 있었고, 특히 새벽 4~5시에는 대부분이 자고 있었는데. 혼자 마을에 남아있는걸 보면 외롭기도 했어요.
혼자 마을 한가운데에 서있으면 아무도 없으니까, 그냥 게임을 저장했던 기억이 있어요. 아침에 일어나면 모두 돌아다니고 있을테니까! ㅎㅎ

I watched this video in around October of 2019, after not playing Wild World in 9 years, or just any ac games for that matter, I didnt remember any of the music (I was four at the time so) (I'm 13 now) I decided to try and pick up the game again. I had a spare game card that I never touched so I used that. I made a new town and I fell in love with it instantly. It was a whole new world that I could just escape to. I was going through a really tough time around that period with school life and wild world really helped me to relax and unwind.. I became best friends with Gabi and Melba and talked to them to the point where they got sick of me talking to them, every night I would cry while being unable to breath and I would dread school so much. Even though I had no motivation to play Wild World at the time I decided to turn on my ds anyway, i talked with melba and gabi for hours and hours until i finally became calm and was able to breath properly. I will forever remember trying to befriend Brewster at late hours in the roost just laying down and taking in the music.. Thank you wildworld for helping me through tough times. 😊💓

Oh how I wish I was 10 years old again, hiding under my blanket late at night playing Animal Crossing: Wild World for hours on summer nights. Life was simpler back then, no bills, no job just playing on my Nintendo Ds lite without end, carefree without stress. I didn't have Wifi and still enjoyed my game so much for years.
I do play New horizons- but when I have the time, I'm just glad that there are so much new players now!

my nintendo 3ds was stolen on christmas eve in 2018. all my progress - gone. every minute i spent on the game - gone. listening to this music made me ball my eyes out. i still remember my town. every fossil I found, every flower I planted, every bell I got and every character i've talked to. now, new horizons is out and I hope to relive all the beautiful memories I created in new leaf.
