Honestly, it depends on where you want to buy baklava; you have to pay more, and the price is not negotiable in touristic places like Istiklal Street or Karakoy. But on the Anatolian side and in some local shops, you can find better quality at a lower price. The range of 500 to 1000 TL/KG is an acceptable price. I mentioned a number of the famous delight shops.
-Karaköy Güllüoğlu
-Dilek Pastanesi
-Köşkeroğlu Baklava
-Dedeoğlu Baklava
-Fıstıkzade
-Gazi Burma
-Emiroğlu Baklavacısı
