Thank you for uploading. In the winter of 1983/4 my fiancée (now wife of over 34 years) would listen to this in our small London Bedsit with only a Transistor Radio as electronic entertainment. In those days Kenneth Williams was the star attraction (and one that would usually come last but then again so does Alan Davies on Q & A). We were as poor as Church Mice so a big night on the town consisted of being in the audience on one of the tapings, a slap up meal of Fish & Chips and two pints at our local. Fond Memories.
As an American on the wander in the late 60's, a short wave and The BBC was always a part of my day. This show was an engaging diversion, always an England!
Are there any much older auditions that we haven't heard or seen on TH-cam featuring team players instead of narcissists like Merton, Norton and Perkins who are there for 'me, me, me'? Any eps from say the 70s or 80s?
If you do a google search you'll find episodes from the 70s and 80s with Freud, Kenneth Williams, Peter Jones and Derek Nimmo, those four were all regular panellists for the first 20 years or so, and the banter between the four of them was phenomenal.
There are two kinds of identical, numerical and qualitative, so two identical siblings would be qualitatively identical but not numerically identical. That's that cleared up!

Have to agree Matthew Forbes. JAM was the mark of humor to a British guy like me living in the USA. Missing Gyles too.
