Growing up in Mangere Bridge my parents always got Hong Kong Bakery, Lately I've been having Pies and Chicken rolls from Mountain Takeaways on Mountain Road across from Mountain View School and they are too seki.

Missed Town Centres the Pizza Curry Corner they have nice Chicken and Kebabs as well and around the corner is the sea food vendor who sells Lu Sipu usually, Tasty BbQ and takeaways they are always packed lol. Orly Ave Bakery have a nice Steak and Cheese, Nockys takeaways in Town Centre and Mangere East have banging nibbles. There’s also a bakehaven that you guys passed but not sure on that 😂. Finally there’s Hong Kong bakery where Quality beats Quantity With signature Hong Kong Savoury’s and pork buns and a BnE to die for. And for the best Fish and Chips in the south they have the takeaways all the way at the bottom around the corner of the gas where you can get something to eat and a View!! (There’s also Brandys Roast but that’s upto you lol) ☺️

You should go and try Orly Ave bacon and egg pie. If it's the same owners then it'll be gangsta. There pizza stick, mince and cheese and sausage rolls are pretty gangsta too. Well next time your back home that is. Here in Melbz I still struggle to find good food but we adapt to it I guess lol.

Like your videos. Live in Pt Chev... best bakeries are in South Auckland... best meat also and cheap. Two items that are hard to find nowadays are sally lunns and cream buns... most bakeries today are Asian and the Pakeha bakers who knew how to make those buns are not around any more... shame really cos those were so popular to my baby-boomer generation... that's the way it goes.
