Sometimes we'd be pulled into the computer lab and attenpt to explain our problems to this AI driven "Dr". The only thing is that we tended to kinda mess around with it instead. For example, if you say a curse word enough times it would trigger a "Parity Error" which would alert the teachers if you had said anything inappropriate with a loud noise. We'd always dare each other to do it, and it got to a point where the teachers just stopped caring. Keep in mind this was in the late 2000's and we were still using this old ass MsDOS program. My school district was very behind the curve when it came to technology.
This is exactly how I remember the net looking on Windows 95, except the songs are not midis & the pages load instantly. All that's missing is visit counters, guest books, spacers, glitter gifs, paper dolls, frames dividing the pages into slidable sections, midi players on the top left of every page that auto-play on max volume, & link pages with tons of webrings.

Is anyone else having trouble getting this video to load in 720p? It plays fine at 144 and 360, but if set to 720, it just buffers forever on all my devices. This is annoying because the crap quality makes it so I can't see the nice pixel art in this game. It's ONLY this video, none others on the site so far.

Pretty appropriate this VoD is currently stuck at 360p. Unless it was actually uploaded in this resolution in which case god dammit Joey.
Large file sizes take longer to render in HD, so a freshly uploaded VOD usually takes a while to actually be HD crispy quality
