    Sir your teaching is so awesome that even a high school students can understand your lecture essence...
    Please never stop making videos on Quantum mechanics..
    Your old videos are also gems for us..
    Again thank you sir...

    I graduated with my masters a few years ago and no longer use most of my physics knowledge in my work. I love watching just to jog my memory in hopes of keeping my mind sharp. Thank you

      What kind of work does a physicist do? (Interestingly asking)

      @ lots of different research jobs. Plenty of government work and defense contractor work as well. There’s also tons of engineering jobs you qualify for. Personally I’m doing modeling and sim on systems and I don’t really have to do any physics work which to me is super boring. Always looking for new work

    Sir, your teaching method is highly commendable; you have greatly assisted me in understanding quantum mechanics. I request that you teach us the next topic on the harmonic oscillator in quantum mechanics.

    Great presentation on Dirac notation and very easy to follow. I would love to see your video explanation of Bell's Theorem in the future--something which has been a challenge for me for quite a long time. Thanks in advance.

    Please take the time and effort to produce a series of videos on the subject of ADVANCED PARTICLE PHYSICS hopefully in parallel to your ADVANCED QUANTUM MECHANICS. Maybe this is asking too much, but your contribution is of utmost importance to the scientific community that can not be overstated.

    Sir, happy new year, very informative. I found bra and ket notation most useful when we do hermitian operation because all operators in qm are hermitian and we don't have to use long integration and *

    excellent introduction . Is it not possible to bring out the distinction between ket and the corresponding bra using linear algebra? e.g. Bra is an operator which acts on Ket from left or right and so on?

    Sir, as you said inner product represents the probability amplitude for evolvement of a state to another, now for a normalised ket is it going to never change its state?

    20.56. You say one vector cannot be rep. by another if they are orthogonal. But in a basis one all psi are orthonormal, but one can be written ad a combination of all other psi

    • @FortheLoveofPhysics
      @FortheLoveofPhysics  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The general state can be written as a linear combination of its basis. But one basis cannot be written in terms of another basis. Its like a vector can be written as a linear com of i,j,k but j cannot be written in terms of k

      @@FortheLoveofPhysics yes they are linearly independent. One element of basis cannot obtained by multiplying constant with another one .
