Her biggest commercial success came with the fantasy picture Maleficent (2014). In the 2010s, Jolie expanded her career into directing, screenwriting, and producing, with the war dramas In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011), Unbroken (2014), and First They Killed My Father (2017).
In addition to her film career, Jolie is noted for her humanitarian efforts, for which she has received a Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award and made an honorary Dame Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George (DCMG), among other honors. She promotes various causes, including conservation, education, and women's rights, and is most noted for her advocacy on behalf of refugees as a Special Envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
As a public figure, Jolie has been cited as one of the most influential and powerful people in the American entertainment industry. I'm honestly fascinated by how lovely she is. I never imagined she was so sweet and sincere as she seems.
People need to stop tearing her apart for the whole Brad and Jen thing, I'm sure it was far too complex for any of us to really understand. This woman clearly has a loving heart and beautiful spirit. She has helped so many and devoted her life to her children.

She set a precedence for how a family should be, multi-cultural and diverse. I had loved her for years before she got together with Brad, so I knew all about her virtues. She is such an intelligent, brave and accomplished woman. We need more women like her.

@@angelabby2379 long story short..she was on the jay leno show in 2000 promoting gone in 60 seconds..me and my friends drove to burbank to stalk her..she got out of the car where the exiting gate was..she signed a few autographs hugged a few people..i even have it on tape...and this was before cameras on phones..she was just really dope and chill..stayed with us for like an hour..
