There's something satisfying about cleaning up old fence rows and looking back to see what you accomplishe! I was out this afternoon doing the same thing but on a much smaller scale! You need an excavator about twice the size for some of those bigger trees...but also with a cab!!
Thank you so much for another great video and you don’t need to apologize for anything all your videos are great.merry Christmas to you and your family
I hate trees hanging out in a field. If you can’t take them out one cut at the base works. They sap crop moisture and shade ground for several feet out into field. Also scratch expensive equipment. Great job. Yes not all farm jobs are glamorous. Keep the great videos coming. Thanks
Ethan, Merry Christmas wow that does look a lot better with that tree line trimmed up. That'd be awesome if the neighbor cleared all those trees out. Thanks Michael
Hi Etgan, always enjoy your videos. I always liked Oliver tractors and equipment, and love my 1855 FWA with Cummings repower. Im looking forward to the barn project. Isnt the 1955 T head gasket relatively new ish... and Merry Christmas to you and ypur family.
I’m probably the odd ball here but I enjoy the fence clearing and winter projects more. It’s amazing how many guys don’t go out and thin tree rows and old fence lines. You probably mentioned it and I missed it but what’s up with the tall chain link? Did this guy have deer back there?
I totally understand the loader tractor and a basket. I have been thinking about trying to mount a cheap battery powered pole saw to the bucket of the tractor. I think it would be easy to mount to a spring loaded hinge plate for give. All you would have to change on the saw is the trigger wiring too a switch on the tractor.
No need to apologize for the work that has to be done. It's all part of farming. Fields aren't there with out a little work. Shows everything farmers do to make a living.
Same like if you don’t take care of those fence lines every year you lose 5 foot a year. Anyway, you’ll lose your sunshine. Man it’s gotta stay on top of it. Catch you later.
@Oliver66FarmBoy that's cool, been going to red bud for nearly 40 years. Love the country side over your way. I'm in Coldwater. Keep up the good work young man.

You got me thinking, a mini digger might be a good part time post retirement job for me. Yard work for people and the odd ditch for power and water.
You’d never be bored.

Still looking at buying a crust buster drill?
No
First for that’s worth lol…
Sorry for typos, Ethan...and 1950 T not 1955...have great day
DirtPoorFarms put a short on TH-cam specifically for you, walk around a Kinze 400....
What about renting a giant brush destroyer
What is a giant brush destroyer.
Can't you just bring that new(used )monster tractor with some super mega (not maga) chains and pull out the majors of these trees and brush?
You are a very special kind of special. Some might say extra special.
It's amazing how everybody hates trees
It’s amazing how dumb all your comments are.
Iron Mike larocco. Divorce caused the sale of that land. Too bad man.
We always used to be able to hear him riding his practice track from our house when I was little.
