Can someone explain to me that why a peremially slow train like lalgola passenger is getting wap 7 link. Me being a resident of Krishnanagar,, i am noticing this thing for the last couple of days.

Actually Lalgola-Murshidabad side e WAG5/WAG7/WAP4 e common chilo 1 year ageo in those stretches . But then in 2016 , the new trend came of testing the brand new WAP 7 locos wjth Dhano-Dhanye n Lalgola Fast Pass , from then onlyWAP 7 is a common feature in those stretches . R akhon toh GZB WAP 5 o up-down koreche with Lalgola Fast Pass . Thanks for watching !!

@@BiswajitMondal recently lalgola kolkata passenger in which i was travelling hit around 110Kmph...naihati to barrackpore....(I ask the loco in Barrackpore that at what speed he going...he said 110..though my speedometer app shows 112Kmph i was just amazed..(Note-Train was 10 min late)..

No, actually three phases locos like WAP5/7 or even WAG 9 are very common with passenger strains with numerous halts. Been a common practice to test out the loco before long distance/high speed operations

Newly alloted Howrah WAP7 accrodingly 30478 , 30492 , 30490 was given with Lalgola Passsenger as a trial purpose ..Thanx for watching !!
