@@KarenBurchill i've been working on and off in one of those tiny dollar tree composition books for a while - and it would be so much easier to be able to work on the pages flat! i have stuck pages together and even pulled out a few, but it's still bulky and a challenge to work in. i plan to try to find one of the little books like you show in this video.
Went yesterday to my local Dollar Store-I found 1 of these little journals just peeking out...it was all they had-I felt like a little kid finding a treasure!😉🤣🤣🤣. I know what I’ll be playing with the next couple of days! TFS!✌️❤️

I love your mini art journal Karen, and I would enjoy seeing how you work at this size. It would be perfect to encourage my teenage granddaughter who is struggling with online school this year! Watching you repurpose your flash cards several years ago inspired me to dismantle some boxes full of recipe cards that were no longer used. I am repurposing the cards for ICADS and technique cards, and now I can make my own mini art journals too. I had been thinking of buying my granddaughter a mini Rolodex for this purpose, but I can get enough mini discs on Amazon to make several books for the same price! Plus, I will be using up lots of my painted index cards. Thanks so much for the idea, another why didn’t I think of that!
Yes use what you have. These mini makes are great as you can create quickly. I am off to download some affirmations ...thinking about putting those on the pages instead of my usual quotes. K

I purchased the very same notebook a couple of weeks ago. My first thought was how many ways it could be used or even as a template for making my own. I haven’t used it yet tho. Thanks for sharing your inspiration.
I would love to see more mini journals. I will look for these journals at my local Dollar Tree. I may cut any I feel is swap worthy down to atc swap size.
