I love how honest you are about everything. when someone is carrying a 😍Niceshopx😍 and you pass them on the street no one can tell whether is fake or real one because you cannot do this much analysis on it. what I hate about LV and why I stopped buying them is that many people assume your bag is fake when they pass you on the street. It's very annoying. one time a woman walked up to me and actually asked me if my bag was "real". after spending almost 2K on a bag and being asked that question was so offensive i stopped carrying them. People look more at the person carrying the bag and assume wrongly whether is real or fake. it is extremely annoying
I bought this same style and size when the bandolier strap first came out for the speedy. That was around 2012. It was about $450 less back then. Now this bag is nearing the $2,000 mark. I’m glad I looked after mine because I would never buy this bag for $2,000. I agree that the Ebene is by far the most versatile print. Dress down and up. Goes with a lot of outfits. The Ebene print is obviously recognizable but for me it’s the more subtle print compared to the monogram.
Wow, that’s a big hike price now compared this year. At that time price was pretty much Cheaper, just bought me today for bday and wedding anniversary, speedy bandolier 30 in Damier Ebene and the the price 1740 at this moment. Thank God, my husband let me bought it. I was happy. The sales specialist said was every 3 mos they will going up on some prices. I was happy.
My Sales associate mentioned they alternate between increases on certain canvas products and then do leather goods. Although they don’t actually know when the increases will happen, they have good speculation. I’m glad your happy purchase :)

Hi Christine. If I was using it more for a “going out” handbag where I didn’t need to put my large wallet, etc - than, yes. The 30 is more of an everyday handbag. I hope that helps :)
Ugh I’m so torn between the neverfull gm DE and the speedy b 35 DE. I travel a lot so I’m wanting something I can put under the plane seat without worrying about contents spilling everywhere. I did hear a solution to this is to buy the neverfull and carry the dust bag and put the bag inside the dust bag before placing it under the seat. Ugh. Help!! Please.
I hear ya!! If you travel a lot and want a work piece, I would go with a Neverfull. The speedy is great, but when I have my surface pro and folders, I also grab a separate tote, but it’s not an LV. As for contents spilling out - purchase a nylon tote to put inside that has a zipper. I believe Rebecca Minkoff has some options! Good luck!! 🍀
It is three pieces total. You can use the two pieces (one on each side) and connect them for a shoulder bag - or - use the extender (third piece) for a crossbody version. I love the versatility. I usually keep the extender on as I prefer the crossbody myself. I hope that helps! 😊

I hate that buckle at the shoulder too. That’s my one complaint too because it always catches my hair and I end up having a few pieces ripped out by it. Looks beautiful on you though. :-)
Jackie Garcia hi, my speedy strap is 3 pieces. You can use all three to make it crossbody or a long shoulder carry and you can just use two pieces to make it a short shoulder carry bag. Such an awesome feature to the speedys!
Jackie Garcia Yep, the strap that doesn’t have the second leather holder to hold it down makes it flip up. I keep it on the longest home so there’s less leather to stick up at the end.

Jenny B I wish they would have just added another loop to hold it down. Of course I didn’t realize how annoying it was until after I bought it. 🤦🏼♀️
