I stayed in a bunch of APAs when I visited, as with most things over there it was still perfectly fine even though it was cheap. I was just jumping on the Shinkansen, and booking an APA on the trip, the prices were still great even though I was only booking same day. Rail Pass + APAs, fool proof affordable travel in Japan, can't mess it up. The APA in Tenoji sits on central road + shopping district, there were a bunch of bosozoku style bikes revving their engines up and down the street all night which was fun to see. Man I miss Japan, going back as soon as it makes sense.
I don’t mind the non focused of cars, Japan vlogs are always dope!! I’m digging the travel vlog right now, maybe this could be a thing? Travel to different places and see the car seen? Sounds expensive but dope hahaha
6:10 curious why you flew instead of taking the Shinkansen? I feel like the price would be comparable but just so much less hassle with the Shinkansen. Either way, loving the vlog! Definitely going to be watching one of your stuff
