to anyone kind of confused on why Colleen seemed a bit annoyed or frustrated. cooking and baking with small hyper jittery children isn't the easiest thing. they get bored of it easily and tend to wander and stare off. she was trying to keep Bailey from hurting herself or messing up the cake.Bailey was also vlogging the process of making the cake and that's why Colleen had said to look up at the camera. Colleen wasn't all too stern or frustrated but there was an undertone of it.

Gluten free cake is actually really good. I made one once and it was so delicious and dense!
Olivia Emerson lol thsts the one thing I hated about my gluten free anything it's not as light and fluffy as my normal cakes and stuff and I'm a chef/baker so the taste is the same but not the texture I prefer
Jenny that's so interesting! I'm the opposite. I only like cake if it's dense. For some reason the fluffy cake unless it's angel food cake! That would be frustrating tho considering you prefer it fluffy. I'm sorry you are gluten intolerant :(
Omg the comments to this are so frustrating! If you haven't been in charge of a young child then please don't complain about Colleen being "impatient." Here's the bottom line with kids: you discipline them, they get over it immediately, you both move on. Colleen was so nice during this video and said "BAILEY" at one point and suddenly everyone is saying she doesn't like Bailey, didn't want the sleepover, etc. Bailey didn't seem upset AT ALL so why are you....?

Omg finally a really good gluten-free chocolate cake recipe! I'm also allergic to gluten, so thank you so much for doing this Colleen! A lot of people mock like "gluten-free vegan" stuff, but for people with allergies (like myself), it makes finding (and making) stuff that's gluten-free and/or vegan really hard for the shame behind it. So thank you for making this, and I hope other people like my find this as useful as I did!
Jarod Bussey yes I'm gluten free as well and it is difficult and some people don't recognise gluten free and never do these videos so it really helps and I might try it one day

Jarod Bussey I'm also gluten free, (well, just sensitive) and I don't have trouble finding and making any of the cakes and cookies... If you don't use it you should get the Robin Hood gluten free flour, it's amazing!

I have celiac disease (severely allergic to gluten) and I really appreciated you making this video! I often feel left out because I love to cook but I am so restricted, having a celebrity do this really raises awareness and maybe others will make these kinds of videos too now! I would love to see more of these! Tell bailey she is not alone and it is just part of who we are 😘

Also xanthan gum is optional, but typically it's there to keep the gluten-free flour from causing whatever you're baking to be dry/crumbly. :)
