Such a beautiful place! I visited September 2021, March 2022, June 2022 and October 2022. Thank God we did not have to drive since we have friends there that we could call to drive us around. Driving is a bit crazy! Yes, it is expensive so we packed a suitcase full of food. It helps if you own a bank (not the President, the OWNER). It is expensive. (A case of Corona is $82.00). I bought "I ain gon lie" beer, since I can get Corona at home. Make sure you plan your visit, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for this amazing video Chew family!!🙂

Great video. Love seeing black international travelers. Quick question: Who did you get your rental car through and how much was the deposit and insurance? I know rental car places outside of the country sometimes ask for astronomical or ridiculous rate for insurance and the deposit. I'm trying to go in May and don't want to get hit over the head with anything at the counter. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the kind words and support of our channel. We got the rental car through thrifty car rental. I do not remember what the deposit was but I got it immediately back once I returned the car. Because of my credit card, I get primary rental car insurance so I declined the insurance.

I'm renting a car when I go but driving on the opposite side has ne a bit nervous
I can completely understand that, its difficult the first day, just make sure its light out. But after that you get acclimated.
Is that the total for 3 nights or $286 a night?
It was $286/night but we stayed 3 nights so $286/per person for the stay. Cheaper than most places on the island still and a beautiful spot to stay

@@ChewsToExplore there is a restaurant in the Simpson Bay Area called captain rib shack.. it’s well known to tourist .. I’m more of a cook at home type girl..

Really a beautiful place but very expensive, that is why we made this video. To show you guys that it is expensive but their are ways to save
It's cheaper to eat at the restaurants outside of Grace Bay. As a local, I regularly eat lunch at restaurants in the Downtown area. There are a lot of options 😅
