중국 장사에서 쾌락대본영 녹화가 있던 날 아침.
'아가배 프로젝트'가 시작되었습니다.
호텔방에서 휘트니스 센터까지 운동겸 조깅을 하자
경호원들에 팬들까지 따라 뛰는 사태가 발생.
다 함께 아침운동 제대로 했습니다!
아가배 빠이크리를 외치며 열심히 운동한 장배우.
아무래도 첫날이다 보니 힘들어 하는 기색이 역력합니다.
장배우는 힘들면 OO소리를 낸다.
무슨소리일까요?

I don't see why people have to be upset about the fact that he has all that security... He's just being professional and working hard for his fans. They should feel pleased! Every artist have to be full of them self in some point so they can improve and be better. I don't think he is overdoing that. AND PLEASE SUK, SKINNY YOURE PERFECT, NO MUSCLES! (That's what I like about him, that he's all natural)

i am fan of jang geon suk from Kerala(one of the state of INDIA). i like korean drama and movies and songs also. korean language is difficult to understand and difficult to memorize names also but i cant miss programs of jang geoun suk so i patiently watch and brows the events of jks with eng sub. so pls sub all ur drama ,movie , tour events etc.. jang keun suk u r really amazing. your smile and sound are awesome. your smile is cuter than a baby and you are a fun loving and energetic man. hats off to your hard work . there is no tv chanels for korean dramas in our mother land so internet is the only media to c jks so pls update ur programs with English sub.. you are a real Asian prince becoz u also made Indian fans to follow u without conducting a concert in our country or drama events in our motherland , i am looking forward to ur upcoming drama pretty man.... jang keoun suk fighting ...

aw nice! I just finished my morning run/workout routine. :) I know it's no fun while working out, but it's so refreshing after a shower. Keep it up - you look awesome (and consider coming to the States sometime soon) :D

He's not trying to lose weight, he wants some of muscle mass, you can see in the video all the work for arms, abs and legs, so don't worry, all the man's do that:)
