You are just amazing and so inspiring! I appreciate how real you are. You're straight forward and honestly say it like it is and what is needed to better ourselves. As for myself, I often feel I missed my chance, my opportunity and that being in my mid 60's, it's too late to have the life I always had in the back of my mind. Constant constraints still keep holding me back. And the guilt I feel when I choose not to allow them hold me back is overwhelming too. It negates whatever positivity I want to gain.
We sometimes get so accustomed to not choosing ourselves that we feel guilty when we do. It is never wrong to choose what is best for you!
