the Atoto bluetooth obdii scanner was sent to me to pair along with the Atoto A6 Android head unit that has been working flawlessly for me. The bluetooth scanner seems to work flawlessly with the torque pro app and everything works as it should. Remember this is not a license for the parts cannon

    Thank you for the video!
Is it fast enough for RPM reading or there is too much Latency?

@ 1:17, hey Jerry, I like your statement of what you said about that scanner or scanners for that matter, a lot of mechanics, or people DIY, need to realize that just because you got a code of that part that says it's out, it doesn't mean that it is that part it could be another part or sensor triggering that sensor, they need to know that this is just a guideline just to give you a sense of direction, you still need to go there and make a VISUAL CHECK, sensors don't just go out on their own you need to figure out why it went out! A lot of times it could be a broken or loose wire, something simple, Animals like rats where I live in the High desert in CA. They like to bite & chew on wires for some reason, I don't know but they do, even rubber hoses too, it is a common problem 😲!
Funny how you mention crankshaft sensor, cuz I have a story to share, my dad has a Dodge diesel Cummings 2006, and he needed to change the clutch fan which had an electrical connector to it, it needed to be changed so he changed it, the next day he told me he's got a check engine light now, which before he didn't, he plugged up the scanner code to it and he got three different codes I remember one of them was "intermittent electrical circuit" which means loose wiring somewhere in the harness or where ever, so I took a look at it at it went under I unplugged it without pressing the tab that connects the harness pigtail to gether, we check the wires of the schematic 5 wires and 5 wires they were all there it was a match, plugged it back but I plugged it harder this time so I can hear the tab snap, right next to that was also the crankshaft sensor which he had an oil leak and was covered all over the crankshaft sensor, cleaned it off with air intake cleaner button everything backed up "check engine light" went out 4 days later still out no problems no issues...
Now, Luckily I saw the OIL leak because he could have had another problem with the crankshaft sensor not picking up the signal of the crank pulley to receive signal to the computer it might come back because he does have a bad oil leak in that spot, but problems little problems like that you could figure out....
Gotta go Jerry see you later nice video keep'um coming, 👍, and I will see you in the next one!!!! 👍✌️

jerry bskorner +, He says it's Great!, especially towing his - "TRAILERS" when going camping, or just pulling his Flat bed trailer around town, it's a mega cab so it is a bit on the bulky side when he goes to the city, but other than that it's GREAT, oh yeah and the price of diesel can be a little OVERWHELMING, so, to save on funds, he uses his mini pick up truck, a GAS (FORD RANGER), 😭🤣😊, 👍, LOL 😁,
      THANKS for the Reply, Bro!
I got to run work is calling ME, ✌️ PEACE OUT!!!!

What type of radio antenna plug did you get for yours? All the ones I have found the base is a bit too big around and it won't slide into the opening for the plug in the back of the headend.

    Hello sir,
How handy do you believe this would be if you were to use it on a road trip of 1000+ miles?

Sorry if you answered this in the video and I missed it but does the headunit need to be connected to WiFi to view the parameters on the torque app? I’d like to be able to just check it while I’m driving without having to tether to my phone everytime

So if you have a android stereo like this, do you need a android phone? I am presuming not.
The reason I ask as I have a iPhone but want the torque app which is not available for iOS

Negative phone has nothing to do with the stereo, the stereo is android, been working flawless for me

Would of been cool, if you would have set off a - CODE, deliberately, and really see if the "CODE Scanner" really works, 🤔...

People should not buy the el cheapo chinese scanners (10-15 dollar ones), as i know someone that cheaped out, and connected it and shorted out the vehicle computer. There cheap investment turned into a $1268 fix.
