Great video! I never understood why some say don't apply shampoo to the ends just let the product run down it...uhhhh no! because I used product on it during the week. So All gets thoroughly washed. TFS
hi kia when did you relax your hair I relax mine every month because I am letting it grow bra strap length and I use growth oil and other growth products with no coconut in it because I am allergic to. i relaxed my hair 2 or 3 times a year hun and i mainly keep my hair in protective styles , wigs etc..

I co wash maybe once or twice a week or when ever i feel like my hair needs it , i shampoo every 2 weeks!!
I stopped washing as soon as I seen that cheap shampoo and conditioner. This is NOT a wash routine if all you are doing is shampoo and conditioner.
