He greeted me & gave me a lot of energy, wisdom and a lot of love. The pillow under my head and my hair was soaking wet from tears of joy. Magnificent!
Just hitting the hay at 3:14am Christmas morning. This is perfect, 6:16 min mark. This is exactly what I do. Thing is for over the last 2+ years been listening to your voice during overnight meditations Brian. Back to meditations. Wife and I are firing on all cylinders. Same page and having fun even through these uncertain and oddly unstable times. We’re not scared. This will be long. It's not meant for hou or anyone reading it to feel sorry for me. Not meant for anyone to help me. I just want to share my reality. My story, after listening to Brian and a few others overnight going On over 2 years. This is just my current reality. As I lay here next to my emotionally abusive x girlfriend of 12 years. She is moving out tax time. Our oldest from her previous relationship just moved out. I cannot work, and doctors are having triuvkr finding my issues, which is what eventually led me to you. I got hurt in 13, but my body was already seeking to just break down. I'm 42, history of alcohol abuse due to PTSD from 16 mont stent in army. Chapter 5-13 general under honerable discharge. Married high school sweetheart and had 2 kids with. Was buying house but after 4 years she left. Because of me. I couldn't stop drinking. I couidnt. I didn't want to pick it over my beautiful family. But I needed it. The beer. Ironically enough, she always wanted me to drink as it opened me up. Made me want to do thing. It'd sad. Really. But I know why I drank. At this time I found pain pills through broken ribs. Hey, it helps take away emotional pain if I Do enough. Without the beer, which I touched only after work, bit drink about an 18 pk a night. I NEEDED it to feel normal. Type iibdravit

This felt like a reset and the dials I messed with in the command center had an immediate effect. I’ve tried hypnosis, quantum jumping, binaural beats and nothing worked like this. I immediately feel like I’ve been moved back into a positive timeline after what seemed like a downward spiral for a year
Ok, before I do this meditation I want to tell you guys about my dream this morning. I also didn’t know about this meditation or anything to do with it. Somehow I connected with this in my sleep. I was dreaming and awoke in my dream asking what year is it, because it was in a past I didn’t recognize. Nobody would answer me in my dream , then a guy came up to me said follow me, I followed but I also had someone’s hand pulling them with me and couldn’t keep up with the man and lost him. I stopped at glasses he left on the ground for me, I put them on and was wondering why he left them. Somehow I figured out it was so I wouldn’t be recognized as awake in my dream. Anyhow I went to a room and a guy was playing video games. I ask him what was this room and I woke up wondering all day even telling my son I felt like if I found the main control in that room I could change my life for real! So, here I go to find out now!

I like to thank you for this meditation. For once my cat didn't scream in my face and I was able to 100% this meditation. I've felt so stuck and tortured for a while and this meditation have me a new outlook on my 3D. Where I always knew it was done as Neville said, I know 100% know it is done because I have done so myself. It's not an idea to believe in anymore it is now fact. This made it easy to stay in the wish fulfilled during today as I thought back on me tweaking. I will continue to do this meditation when it calls to me. I'm not going to stress myself out anymore and do things when they are best for me. Thank you so much Brian!
This is hilarious! Last night, I was trying so hard to meditate in silence, and my cat howled in my face repeatedly. I think when our energy rises, it summons them. Don’t you love them? And I love you dear one.❤

I have to share this with you. Please hear me out. This opening scene I have witnessed and seen. In July of 2020. I had a heart surgery after my surgery I had to be put into a 14 day induced coma. I where you can't see though on the waters edge is a small crop of rocks. I sat upon those rocks and I looked across this scene. It was the most peaceful beautiful place I had ever experienced. As I sat there alone my sp came to me and sat upon those rocks with me. I could hear the water hitting the rocks as the water rolled inward. I could feel the breeze, it was all so real like it was real. But during that time something amazing happened to me. I was at peace, I didn't never want to ever leave. But then Evan showed up, sat beside me, he took my hand. He told me I need to come back to him and to my kids and grandkids that they needed me, that he needed me. A he begged me to come back to him and not to leave him. I didn't want to at first. But I did. He stood up and took my hand and lead me across this field and at the edge of the field there a set of doors and walked up to the doors and they opened we stepped inside and I had woke up for the first time in fourteen days. When I seen this it all came flashing back to me. I just now finished a guided code meditation with Brian. I'm still working on that love of Evan and me. Please Brian tell me what this means, please.
This one was intense. I found my heart was racing and I was struggling towards the end. I don't visualize very well, so it's a lot more verbal descriptions currently. There's a lot of stuff that needs deleting, adjusting, and reprogramming. Need to do again.
Yoga is science that deals with mind, emotions, energy and life forces. It is not a religious practice, but rather can be seen as observer ( the practitioner) in full control of his emotions, thoughts, and his self? It's a huge science but it's limited to most of the people, even in India, many indians assume it's just some stretching, breath works, and 10 minutes meditation. But in reality the essence of yoga, teaches individuals to raise their consciousness/ being more mindful. They are are many branches of yoga, and it's be taken according to individual personality such as people who are logical and who identify themselves more with thoughts and emotions- for them meditation, kriya yoga, hatha yoga. ASK ourselves this: WHO AM I? am this body? This mind? This emotions and it's reactions? If we can be aware/ conscious of them, then we must be beyond them. Or are each one of same in basic / most fundamental aspects same - pure energy/ consciousness? This is the what modern physics says. We as life (humans/plants/ animals) are divided by certain parameters such as mind / emotions / genes/ physical attributes but as a life we are all LIFE / LIVING. we must realize this, not analytically/ thinking process but rather as an experience. ANYONE CAN START THEIR INNER JOURNEY : PATH OF SEEKING RATHER THAN BELIEVING. Here are some good books for starters : dharana darshan by swami niranjanada, prana and pranayam by the same author. You can enroll 1.sadguru course, 2.bihar school of yoga munger 3.ravi shankar courses 4. Kriya yoga by SRF 5.kriya yoga by kriya yoga.org 6.osho meditation 7.transendental meditation 8.budhist vipasana 9.tantric meditation Etc All groups have yoga centres around the world. Today i had an experience that when I got to the command center my energy open a window from my own aura and i left my coccon into the room... It was so beautiful ❤️ Thank you Brian.. I've been doing this meditation for like a month and has changed my life slowly. Poquito a poquito ❤

Funny you said that because that’s been my own understanding of myself. I died and yet lived to help others on their journey home. I was told to think about the time I should have died and then I was told that God let me live because I promised to do his work on the planet. Funny you said that because that’s been my own understanding of myself. I died and yet lived to help others on their journey home. I was told to think about the time I should have died and then I was told that God let me live because I promised to do his work on the planet.
