    Carbs like bread and oatmeal 1.5-2 hours before game and then some sugar about 15-20 mins before game and some lemon juice in the water bottle

    Wake up, drink a bottle of water, stretch, eat a healthy breakfast, relax, stretch every hour, eat healthy lunch, banana 6 hours exactly before puck drop, healthy dinner 2-3 hours before, during the hour before when doing team dryland and getting dressed listening to my pregame playlist

    I’m a goalie and I don’t get focused in the game until the 2nd period or half way through the first. What do you recommend to get focused?

      Try the mindset audio or some music while doing visualization before going on the ice. In warm-ups visualize game situations and focus on each puck you take like it's a game scenario. Get locked in during warm ups so when it's game time you're already ready to rock
