Try the mindset audio or some music while doing visualization before going on the ice. In warm-ups visualize game situations and focus on each puck you take like it's a game scenario. Get locked in during warm ups so when it's game time you're already ready to rock

I’m a goalie and I don’t get focused in the game until the 2nd period or half way through the first. What do you recommend to get focused?
