You also get an S-Rank if you defeat Magma-Seijin with Ultraseven.
Here's the guide:
Beat up Magma Seijin enough to get a small portion of red bar.
Magmai Seijin then uses hacks and brings Ultraseven to 0 HP.( Flashing health )
Now punch MS until red bar is slightly full and use Emerium ray!
Every time you use ER it brings the red bar up enough to use ER again. Similar strategy works with Ace Killer.
