Agree with others, this course was absolutely essential!!! I would pay good money for it as it saved me from selling my 880+. No other videos out there provide such essential and detailed information. Also love the teaching style. Excellent. Thank you so much!!

Outstanding! Every time I listen to any of these 4 webinars or to Sylvain I learn something new or am reminded of something important that I forgot!

I have had the 880 for a few years now. I make handbags and forget to change the presser foot pressure - thank you for the reminder!

Thank you so much Bernina International and to the 3 sweet ladies to take the time to make these wonderful and informational videos. I learned a lot and took away some of my worries to get one of those wonderful machines. As much as I appreciate the social media for information about things, it can also do the opposite. All the negative and frustrated information on (for example facebook) makes it difficult to find the truth about this machine. I even asked a sales person for Bernina (here in Germany) which machine I should get if I love to make bags/purses and wallets I was told to get an industrial machine instead. So which is the smallest Bernina machine that could handle making things like bags/purses/wallets ? Meaning: Handling multiple layers of cotton/canvas/faux leather or other heavy fabrics?

Gabi--I have found that all of our BERNINA machine handle heavy fabrics and multiple layers quite well. In fact, I have made several thick bags on my Activa 240 (an older entry level machine). I would recommend the following features that would be especially helpful: presser foot pressure and dual feed. With that in mind, those two features start at the B 570QE.

@@BerninaInternational Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question. For now I want to buy a small less expensive Bernina to do all that sewing on heavy fabric but eventually I would like to own a Bernina 880 plus. So, if I buy a 3 series or 4 series machine will they get the job done? Another question: Why do those machines not have dual feed? I now have a really, really chep non-Bernina machine :( and it has dual feed, so why not the smaller Berninas? It is just a question (not criticizing). Btw. even though my cheap machine has dual feed it does not have the piercing power needed. It can't handle the thick materials at all :) that's why I am looking at a Bernina.

Very wonderful machine. Why don't you have lay-a-way options for the elderly?

Thanks Kathleen-- please check with your local dealer, many will offer no interest financing offers (in the USA).

Where can I find the download for the presentation?

The videos are hosted here on TH-cam and on bernina.com. There was not a download or handout for this presentation that I am aware of.
