How is it in birmingham? I live in ca and thinking of buying a rental property out there. But with the prices being so low i assume its super ghetto, but from this video it doesnt appear that way.

Yea do not do that. It's no more "ghetto" than out there. We do not over pay for property here unlike...well you know. The city is doing quite well right now. Hosting the World Games in 2021 so use that a measuring stick.

I’m from Jacksonville Florida and Ive been living in Birmingham for two years, I have to say it’s not terrible but it’s not well taken care of. The state/local government doesn’t have very high standards when it comes to what’s “clean” and what’s not clean. There’s trash everywhere, and I mean everywhere on the ground, highways, sidewalks.... everywhere. I honestly have enjoyed living here but I’m not sure I would recommend it. I don’t think people here even realize how dirty everything is. Only certain neighborhoods are clean and even then its rare. There are some really nice homes, but a lack of business/things to do. The prices are great as a young college student and it’s a good place to establish yourself and leave lol. There’s not much to keep you here 🤷🏻‍♀️

@@Lifebeinglilly if you live in a suburb of birmingham like vestavia hills, homewood, or mountain brook, then its better. Hoover is another option which i think is the biggest suburb, but its not as nice as the other three.
