The main reason Tommy Richman was near the top of the charts is because the music streaming services, Spotify mainly, placed that "Million Dollar Baby" song in EVERY Kendrick Lamar playlist for "Not Like Us" and "Euphoria." Tommy's song automatically played *right after* Kendrick's diss songs. They FORCED that song into the top of the charts.
As for the Grammys, the only way Tommy will get nominated for any Grammy hip-hop award is if *his people* SUBMIT his song for the hip-hop category.
